So far so good! I love this faucet. Hubby said it was easy to install. It looks fantastic in my kitchen, everything works perfectly just like it should and it reaches everything it needs to reach. It's absolutely what I wanted. We're using it without the deck plate and it's great - and much more reasonably priced than anything I saw in our local home improvement stores.

Very powerful spray, I am impressed. It was also easy to install. Well....easy for my husband to install.

I love my new faucet.....had it within 3 days of ordering, husband loved the installation, getting the old one off was what took a while. It looks very expensive and the spray is very strong when you have the water all on, you can adjust the strength as well. I was very worried my husband and boys would make a mess and have a hard time getting used to a new type faucet but even they like it....and they rinse their dishes now!!!

I love this faucet! I had read the reviews and i knew it did not pull out but it reaches my entire 30 inch sink just fine. It swivels nicely, works perfectly, looks high end and gorgeous and feels high quality. It is a great buy that makes a huge impact in our kitchen.

This faucet works great with my triple sink. Reaches all three sinks. Spray is easy to use.

This faucet started leaking and just kept getting worse. Within a week, it was unusable. It cannot be repaired.

This faucet is very nice. It's big, so you need to know it will really make a statement in your kitchen. It's cool how it works and it does look like the higher end faucets. I'm glad I made this purchase.

I would search for a similar product that was made with a metal parts. This is a piece of equipment used on a daily basis and needs to stand up to the amount of use.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. I am disappointed in the quality. The spray head is made of plastic. I am afraid this is not going to hold up very long. The rest of the product seams to be made well, I don't understand why they cheaped out and used a plastic head.

This was an easy install. Nice long hoses for a trouble free experience. Makes great water pressure under the spray mode, just like in a restaurant. I just wish the nozzle was not plastic. Looks like metal but it is not.

We love this faucet! It looks great in our bar area in the basement. Everyone that visited over Christmas loved it! Our plumber installed it, so I'm not sure of the difficulty.

I love this faucet! It looks great and is very powerful.

We have had this for a couple of months and love it. As mentioned, it is not really a pull out, just what you see in the picture. It reaches all of my sink, so it is not a problem. It was easy to install and works great. Looks very high end.

This faucet is really beautiful and striking. Love the spray button that allows you to spray hands free, but always reverts to aerated flow when you turn the water back on. Good pressure. Downsides- the entire faucet is metal, except for the sprayer. You would never know until you held it. It looks like nickel, but is lighter. Also, it does not pull out at all. It should not be called a pull out sprayer. But it does flex and swivels and reaches everything in our sink very well, so we weren't too disappointed. You can bend it down much closer to the sink, but there is not additional hose to pull out. Overall, we are very impressed by the look and function of it. Cannot beat it for the price. Very modern, with some old industrial charm. No leaks or issues. (The spray head leaked a little while installing (my husband got it fixed and it has been bone dry since). You may have to work with the sprayer, but once fixed it is problem free. (Ours took some extra tightening and just a tiny bit of plumber's putty) We are pretty picky homeowners, but we are happy with this purchase.

The main reason I ordered this faucet was because of the "36" long pullout". Not True. Had to return it. What a hassle.
