The plastic smells toxic
The bad part comes after you brew your coffee; the heated plastic expels a toxic odor to the coffee and the surroundings. After a couple of sips of that coffee you remain with that toxic smell in your body. I thought it was only me the one who noticed it, but other people notice a strange odor in the ambiance as well. It is such a shame, because the pot is cute and the temperature is appropriate for the description of the product. I guess the base of the coffee maker is not suitable for heating it.
