The hooks are very nice. The brass screws are too soft. Snapped one, ARGH! Quick shipping.

Hooks good, screws NOT!
I needed only 3 of these hooks to replace some that had broken off a coatrack I have. Good thing the set comes with 4, though, because the mounting screws that come with them are flimsy, with thin, easily stripped heads. I needed all of the 8 screws in the package to mount 3 hooks...results look pretty rough, too. The hooks themselves are sturdy & quite attractive. They should be able to hold up heavy winter coats without bending or breaking. I'll be hunting for more screws so I can use my 4th hook somewhere.
