Tough Assembly
In reading one of the reviews someone said they assembled this in one hour. I would like to meet you.I retired at at 50 from the high Tech manufacturing industry. I was a partner and headed up both sales and engineering.. This took me about 6 hours to build, partly because I do have some lower back pain, but still it was tough.The instructions were clear enough and and parts list was great. It was just a lot of parts. also I live in an old historical building and nothing is flat so it was harder ti keep every thing square. it does look great finished and would recomend it, but you might want to advise of level of difficulty to put together.One last thought I think the railings should be of a light metal material this would help in keeping the tracks more stable and add to the overall stability.

The product was easy to assemble (although I wasn't aware that it required assembly) and it's looks good. I was disappointed, however, that in addition to it being made out of particle board, the back of the dressers is just a thin piece of cardboard and the drawers do not have wood bottoms. The bottom piece slides into the drawers and is made out of some sort of very thin paneling - I would have preferred particle board. Haha.

Poor quality item
Two years ago, I made the mistake of buying this item, along with the rest of the set, through another major retailer online. It took well over a day to assemble. Holes were not even in the correct places and I had to drill my own holes for it to be assembled straight. Regardless, the entire set is wobbly! You will need to buy L-shaped fasteners to enforce the corners. I would not recommend this for those with rowdy children, as they can surely knock it over and damage it, or easily get hurt by the dresser themselves. The edges are so sharp, I have literally cut myself on them. I want to get rid of it for a nicer set, but I'm unsure how because it's too unstable to even carry down the hall to the elevator and I don't think anyone will be willing to spend even $50 on this wobbly dresser. A big disappointment. The nightstands and headboard are fine and stable. It's only the dresser that is horrible. I would only wish this dresser upon my enemies! It is very cheap and (surprise surprise) you get what you pay for!

Poor experience
Hard to assemble and a couple of directions are incorrect. The worse thing is after hours of trying to assemble, 2 of drawers don't fit (right side of drawers cover the left ones). Also there are some small wood bugs in there.... Now, trying to contact overstock customer service to see how I can return it.. what a shame..

Haven't Seen This Item
I ordered this dresser for my son and had it shipped directly to his home. That's been quite a while ago and I still haven't made the trip to see how it turned out, but he says it's great. It took him quite some time to get it assembled, but well worth it in the long run.

Okay
If I could go back into time, I would not buy this dresser again. It works fine, looks fine, there are no real issues I have with it. It took us a LONG time to get it all put together and was pretty frustrating. It's cheap. I read previous reviews and they all said "You get what you pay for" and so I sort of knew, but my hopes were still high. I really wish I would have gone to a local used furniture store and purchased a used piece and refinished it--and that is probably what I will end up doing and put this chest in our guest room. The drawers are not solid wood, so you have to be careful about how much weight is in them. Do not buy this if it is something you want to serve a DAILY purpose. It is a super great addition to a guest room or if you want storage for light or small items--Heavy jeans and sweaters, not so much.

Works great for us
I bought this for my daughter's bedroom several months ago. I'm not the most adept person, but I was able to follow the instructions provided and complete the assembly on my own in about 2 hours. The quality is great for the price - a very sturdy piece that's as solid today as the day I assembled it.

I really like it
I really like how the dresser turned out. I put it together by myself and it took quite some time, I would suggest getting someone to help. instructions were pretty simple. It is heavy when it's put together so get help moving it as well. I love the color and style. It's pretty sturdy. the drawers are more spacious than they appear. I'm over all really pleased with my purchase.
