Not a bed replacement
This is not an everyday sofa or bed. It looks great but is very, very firm. As a bonus room or guest room item that gets occasional use, it's fine. As a combination sofa/bed for a studio or dorm apartment (and what I wanted it for), it is far too firm without adding padding which defeats the purpose. Disappointed in the purchase and I wish Overstock had addressed the comfort issue in their description. I would have returned it if it didn't cost so much to do so.

looks comfy, but isn't
In terms of function and the frame, it's great. What isn't is the "padding" - a small number of springs, and the center is not something you'd want to sleep on. While the frame mechanism is sturdy and the cover is excellent, I'd rather be sitting on foam cushions instead of two springs you can feel.
