I loved the picture on-line but was disappointed that the ends are painted silver which I couldn't tell from the picture, I assumed it would be all dark wood. I would love this table without the silver paint so I'm actually returning it.

I was reluctant to purchase this coffee table, not really trusting how the "silvering" of the cross legs would show up close. I was happy to report that the silver paint was well-applied and works surprising well with the contrasting espresso finish. The tempered glass is thick, and the chrome circle "buffers" where the top rests over the legs make the entire piece look very upscale. The efficient design maximizes space without sacrificing surface area--the lower shelf can be used to display collectibles, books or magazines, without visual obstruction from above, and still have the entire glass top for cocktails, coffee or flowers. Assembly was easy, all holes were aligned, all finishes were free of chips, dings and scratches. The glass top was very well packaged inside the shipping box. Overall a great value and an elegant look. Thanks Overstock!

I had been shopping for a new coffee table for some time and did not want to pay $500 for one. This is a good value for the money. It appears to me to be a press board type material with a faux wood type finish for the base, but the legs appear to be solid wood. The sides of the legs are painted silver. It was extremely easy to assemble. It was delivered within a week. I am sure that it's not the most expensive piece of furniture, but again it's a good value for the money and I do like the look.

The glass portion of the table looks high quality however the wood portion (legs and bottom shelf) appear made of cheap veneer. The sides of the wood legs are actually a silver tone paint which I found odd. Based on the photos the legs appeared to be entirely made of the wood veneer. The silver paint is probably the worst part. The table does fit in my room and I love the glass top and for the price I will keep it but I was not happy with the quality appearance of the veneer.

Such a nice coffee table, love the glass and the style that the legs gives the table, I like how it stands out and it goes with everything. I'm very happy with my purchase of this glass coffee table. Fast shipping, easy assembly, and the quality is great for such a cheap price. I highly recommend it. I get a lot of compliments from friends and family, and I've recommended them to Overstock and I wouldn't be surprised if one of them has bought the same one. Very nice coffee table.

I can't get over how people rave about this college-dorm quality piece of furniture. It is the tackiest, most disappointing thing I have every bought from Overstock and I've made many, many purchases. I scrolled through nearly one hundred reviews, most of them positive, and after receiving my table, I realize the few negative ones were speaking the truth. Should've listened to them...the hideous thing is stuck in an unused back bedroom because I'm too embarrassed to put it in my living room & it's way too heavy to bother to ship back. It's now slated for the next garage sale for sure. Words cannot express how cheesy this thing is--totally low-rent & chap looking. I am completely mystified as to how anyone with discerning taste could describe this as "beautiful." or "well-made." Wood laminate stickers, "silver" (spray-painted) finish? Seriously? Horrid. I felt like an idiot when I un-boxed it and saw the quality. This is not grown-up furniture. Trust me, there are many better options than this piece of junk...keep looking.

Very nice affordable coffee table. Very stable, good quality material, easy to assemble, and the shipping was less that a week. Great table for the home.

Lovely coffee table that can actually be put anywhere in the house. Arrived in just 3 days, and was very easy to assemble. Affordable and the quality is great! I love my table, is not what I was looking into but I fell in love with it.

The base and the legs are really cheap looking....if you get up close. and the glass could be thicker.

Once set up, it's very stylish and has a great look with great lines. Lots to assemble, but other than the weight of the glass, it's easily assembled.

I have a light grey and dark grey living room with black furnature. This table looks great in this room...It says its esspresso, it looks black in the picture but its a really dark brown, no big deal (thats what esspresso is). VERY easy to put together, although the screws are way to big for the holes, one felt like it was cracking the leg, but all is good no crack! Looks amazing!

I was going for a contemporary/modern look in my living room, and this coffee table provided it. First off, Overstock did an excellent job with packaging, as the outside box was covered in two layers of industrial-strength bubble wrap with foam on each corner. Big win there! The table was easy to put together and it looks great, especially for the amount of money spent, it's a great deal!

The table was as described and was easy to assemble. The glass top is a nice thick piece of glass. Another review mentioned that the legs were silver on one side which was not obvious from the picture but that was fine with us. If you wanted it all black you could easily paint it. Good bargain for the money.

Looks very nice in my family room, but I'm a bit concerned about the "wood" frame. I'm not really sure if it is wood & the side of the legs are a painted silver. I don't know if it will hold up under constent use but time will tell.

I bought it for my mom because the coffee table that she had was horrid. It's falling apart and you can tell that she's tried fixing it by nailing the legs on to the table. omg! But anyways I bought this one for him and she loved it! She likes the style, and I helped her put it together and it was pretty easy the quality is great. She's very happy with my gift and now she's not ashamed to invite anybody over.
