This chandelier is really beautiful. If you search Casablanca Transformation blog you can see it in my house to give you an idea of how it looks. I am really happy with it. Yes you have to attach every glass piece to the chandelier but it wasn't too bad - and worth the effort for the price.

I wanted to find a cheaper version of a chandelier that I had admired in a pricey catalog, and this was definitely it. Looks just the same as the more expensive one. Quality was what I expected, not great, but for the price it was fine. Assembling this chandelier was extremely time consuming!! One word of advice: put your bulbs in first (not included, by the way!!), hang the frame from the ceiling, then attach all the crystals. This will be much easier than the way the directions say to do it.

I was a little scared to purchase this light when I read the reviews saying how horrible it was to put the crystals on. Honestly, once you work out a system, it isn't that bad. (I just pinched the ring on the crystal just enough to "open it" a little and popped them right into the holes on the base) And the price savings compared to the same light at a pricey catalog/store make it totally worth it. The light completely changed the look of my dining room, the crystals are a better quality than I expected and the light is HEAVY when hanging it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

So it has been nearly a week since I put the 150+ glass beads on this light fixture and some of my finger tips are still numb and scabbed - and I'm not kidding. This is a beautiful little pendant and the pain you go thru to put on the glass beads is worth it in my opinion. Yes, you could pay $300 more and get it assembled from that other popular home retailer, but that wasn't in the budget. It took me two hours to hang all the beads. I learned from other posts which suggested hanging the fixture first, which we did. I started at the top ring and worked my way down. I found working across from me on that first level was best because it's tough finding those little holes since they are partially covered by the decorative rim. We hung this above a claw foot tub in our guest bathroom and it really adds the character we are trying to build in the room.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase! (And I am picky!) I do think the quality of this chandelier is lacking a bit, however for the price- it is a great piece. Hanging, you would never notice that it is a knockoff of the more expensive version. This being my first purchase from Overstock, I was hesitant to splurge on a light without thoroughly reading every review. Based on the positive reviews I purchased this. I just hung this up in my bedroom last night and I can't say enough positive things about it. It is so beautiful. Even my husband likes it. I think it gives the master an instant makeover with the light alone. Slightly glamourous without being over the top. The crystals are of a substantial weight, there were extra crystals included, which I think is nice. It was packaged securely, super fast shipping and is so much more amazing in person than the picture. I, like others have seen this light for more than twice the price, and in the magazine it looked nice, which is what made me search Overstock. Yes putting on the crystals was somewhat timely, but I didn't care, It wasn't difficult. The light from the "other" company requires assembly as well, so I have to say that I couldn't be more impressed. An absolute 5 stars in my view.

I actually bought two of these lights after searching for a LONG time for our 1846 rennovated farmhouse. I purchased them for our upstairs hallway, and they look great. At first I was nervous about the lights looking too modern in our house, but the lights look very classic. It did take quite a while to attached all of the crystals, but when finished, they are beautiful. The lights are large and heavy, hanging them was a two person job. I think that they do compare well to the Pottery Barn chandelier, but the price is much better on the budget. Very beautiful, it compares to the competition you may find at another popular stores website. Didn't take long for my electrician to install, but my girlfriend and I took 3 hours putting on the crystals. It completely changes the room. I do suggest putting it up first and then putting on the crystals so they don't bang together, but it isn't fun holding your arms up while you do it. and make sure one of you does not have acrylic nails. You can stick you fingernail in, and just slide it on, just make sure you look at the pick on the computer too, so you can see the crystals at the same time. It is heavy, 25 pounds I believe so make sure you have a box to hold it. Mine hung a little high, since I had a swag on my other, but you can order extra if you need it, but I have a high top table and it is fine. Looks more expensive then it was....

After reading the reviews I decided to go with this light instead of the similar, more expensive version from Pottery Barn. After arrival and assembly, I think I have made a mistake. I guess you get what you pay for. The light came with rust spots all over and assembly was annoyingly tedious. Once assembled the light does look decent from a distance. I called customer services to see if they had paint to touch up the rust spots. They did not, but offered me a whopping $** refund to make up for it! Not sure what I will do at this point but just wanted to warn all others interested in purchasing this light.

Loved this llight when I saw it in a fancy catolog and was happy to get this one for a fraction of the cost. Easy to install but time consuming. The framework doesn't look quite as expensive as the higher priced verson but still a beautiful fixture. I have it hanging over a soaking tub in the masterbath.

Stunning quality, according to all our guests who comment on the beautiful chandelier. Definetely worth the effort for the price :)

My fingers hurt for two days after assembling the light. Don't wait until the last minute like I did. Glad I only bought one because I couldn't have made it through two. Stunning hanging in master bedroom.

I love this chandelier. It does take some time to assemble, but well worth it. I admired a similar chandelier at XXXXXXX, and was extremely excited to find this almost exact one for one third the cost.

Yes it was a pain to put in all the crystals, but the end result was worth it. It is $$$ cheaper than another store that has a look alike, so the time was well spent.

Love this light! It is beautiful, and looks like the photo - a little smaller than the photo but I took measurements to ensure that it was the size I needed/wanted! I love it - it is gorgeous. Only thing is that you MUST be patient - it took my husband and I over 2 hours of silence and teamwork to put the crystals on --- but the effort was well worth it. Love this light!

As the reviews said it was time consuming to put together but worth it for being half he price of a more expensive well known store i saw it in. it is worth the time. Beautiful! It changed my room and I get compliments all the time.

The cone shaped chandelier looks great and is a price you can't beat. There is some work putting each piece of glass onto the chandelier but a pair of needle nose pliers speeds up the process significantly. A handful of the crystal pieces were broken but a bag of spares were included that more than made up for the pieces broken in shipping. If you don't mind a little work it's a great deal...otherwise you can pay twice as much and get it mostly assembled from the retail stores.
