functional design
I wanted an inexpensive, functional, attractive desk for the grandkids room when they visit. I nailed it with this purchase! The kids love showcasing their work on the shelf while paint dries, glitter sets, etc. The room is a small with two twin beds, lounge chair, and tower bookcase but the desk fit in without crowding it up. I gave it 4 stars because it's not assembled already--took me a couple of hours to do this by myself and I'm experienced with the worst assembly instructions.

Love this little Desk
I bought this desk for work and for school, as I work full time and have school at nights. I love it, it fits perfect in my bedroom (I am very pick and it goes great). I already recommended it to friends. It clearly isnt real wood, but very sturdy and i bought a decorative, accent (fabric) chair to go with it and its great. May even get another one of these desks for our kids.

Other than the usual super PIA to put to together with really bad instructions, This product is nice and made a perfect for for the Second Office I got it for. The laptop photo is essentially exactly how I am using it and frankly that photo is spot on.

Nice small desk for the minimalist.
The reading shelf works great to hold books and other items that you will be using for your current tasks. There is no place to really store stuff, so you can really focus on one task at a time. All-in-ones, laptops and tablets work great, Towers and other bulky equipment would take up too much space on the desk. From the picture it appears that the desk would fold up for easy storage, but it is not engineered to fold.
