I have used the hotdog rotisserie several times with satisfactory results; however cleaning the rollers does present a problem. The packaging and shipping time of this product were excellent.

The product works great but no instructions were included to optimize the cooking results. We are cooking by trial and error until we get the best results that work for us.

Love the machine. I knocked the appearance to 4 stars because the machine does not have a cover or cover accessory available. The machine doesn't come with an instruction manual for the preparation of the food items but is easy to use. Once you experiment on the HI, MED, and LO settings; you're set to start grilling to when you need the food done by. The automatic heating is an added plus on this product. It will discontinue the application of heat to the food when the food has reached a certain temperature but turn back on to keep the food at that temperature until you are ready to eat it. Great for throwing on some franks and letting everyone eat at their own leisure.

We love the taste but did note that there are a few hot spots on the rollers which cause uneven cooking and dark spots on the hot dogs.

It squeaks and cooks to hot, even on low! Hard to clean, and no cover. If overstock had a better return policy I would ship it back! :)

A Great solution for our Small Concession Stand. The Roller Grill does a good job of keeping enough hotdogs ready for our customers the two variable controled temperature zones mean that we can cook fresh hotdogs with out overheating the ones holding on the grill, this keeps us from running out when our customers get hungery, Definatly a good buy.
