I was initially disappointed because I had trouble conveying to the representatives that product received was not what I ordered. I specifically explained that I had received the chair only - not ottoman. A week after my initial call and exchanging a coulple of e-mails - I was perturbed and wanted to return the product for a refund. I called back after having diffiiculty compressing chair back into box in which it was shipped and am now glad that I spoke with a receptive and understanding individual who apologized and arranged to ship correct product for which I paid. What is a bit surprising to me - actual product arrived and ottomon as not "attached" as i was told it was during one conversation - straps are attached to chair and ottoman which could be attached to each other. After alll was said and done, I am glad I persisted.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Color of product is is slightly darker than depicted on site - but that works for me.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I was very impressed with the overally sturdiness of the product.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Product is as described - if not better. Very comfortable inexpensive seating option.
