Very poor quality. The cover is less than a month old and is tearing and getting holes already. Very poor for something that is to have protection and to have a warranty.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I have had the mattress less than a month and the cover is already tearing. Very disappointed since it is to protect your mattress from allergies and bed bugs. Very upset with the product.

Double sided comfort
It took a few nights to get used to the dual-action mattress (soft on one side, firm on the other), but it is quite comfy. I was concerned about the depth (only 10 inches), but it is plenty deep. The only weird thing is that that transfer of motion is not great, which is a hazard of foam mattresses. Sometimes you feel stuck in a groove. The smell upon unpacking was negligible. This was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I highly recommend the product.
