Good for the money
I got this mattress only a week after ordering it and was thrilled at how easy it was the set up. It was not too heavy for me to get inside by myself and as soon as I cut the cardboard and plastic wrapping off, it immediately started to fluff up, back to its original shape. Within a few hours, it was fully fluffed. Only thing is, and you'll see this in the other reviews...it is REALLY firm. I got the medium firmness and it is REALLY firm. So, I would definitely recommend the soft. I put a topper on mine and am now sleeping great but I would definitely advise anyone to get the soft version because I would rate the medium as very firm in a standard mattress. Either way, it's a great mattress for the money and I am thrilled with my purchase! Hope this is helpful. :)

Sleeping Like A Baby
Being a heavy guy, I ordered the firm choice, and it turned out to be a great choice. It does sleep a little warm, but not as much as I thought., This is easily the most comfortable bed I have ever owned, and I am sleeping better than I probably ever have. I don't wake up 5-6 times a night to turn anymore, either. My cat thinks I bought it for him, and he's on it more than, I am! Overstock also got it here in record time. I used the free shipping, ordering on late Saturday night,. It arrived on Tuesday! As wonderful as this bed is, the price is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this...and you guys that are heavy...around 300lbs...the firm is a good choice.

Not sure yet
Mattress was received 9 days after my order was placed. It comes rolled up and within 30 minutes, was ready for use. I did not notice any odor. It is very light and easy to handle. It is a very hard, dense foam, not like a viscoelastic name brand. It is very hard but I am adjusting to it after 3 weeks of use. I purchased a very thickly padded cover and that helps some. I made my purchase decision based on the review comments from others, but I am slightly disappointed. I would recommend this mattress only if you want something very hard. (I did request soft) The mattress holds in body heat, which is not good for summer months but may be nice for winter.

This mattress is TOO soft!
I purchased this mattress based on the advice of the customer service person. I am a stomach sleeper and he said the soft one is for side sleepers and should work for stomach sleepers.I got it and started sleeping on it 10 days ago. I have had back pain every morning when I wake up.I spend over 90% of my sleep time on my stomach. I should have got a medium or firm.Then, when I contacted customer service, they simply said, "They are not returnable."You know, I've bought stuff here before - even bought this mattress for a friend (medium) who said he liked it but it was a bit too hard. And this site is great but I am very disappointed in MY product.Will end up donating this and buying another from somewhere else.By the way, when I contacted customer service on line help just now, she said, "Stomach sleepers need soft." That's incorrect. I've been in sports medicine for over 22 years. Stomach sleepers are keeping their back in too much flexion for too long an extended period of time.BEWARE! DO NOT rely on the assistance of these customer care people. They have NOT done their research!

The medium mattress arrived just in time for my sister's visit. She told me at home she had a hard time sleeping straight thru the night and couldn't understand why she was able to do so here. I told her she was sleeping on a new memory foam mattress and she couldn't believe she liked it so well. The price was right especially since I had been shopping for a full mattress and the better ones were MUCH more expensive. No smell. Looks great. Just unraveled and popped it on the platform bedframe, no boxspring needed. Loved it.

Much to hard
Read all of the reviews and thought that a "soft" mattress would be good....Wrong! The floor would be softer.....I know have to buy a topper another expense.....Please...don't buy this mattress! I must have been the unfortunate person who got the mattress with the bricks in it....

Positive Review
It's difficult to buy a mattress online. I read many of the reviews on Overstock and decided it was worth the risk. I am, overall, happy with my new mattress. It unfolds to it's shape very quickly and it's actually nice looking. I thought maybe it would just be foam rubber but it's encased in a lovely cover. I took other people's suggestion and requested soft although in my mind I thought I might want a medium. However, the soft is actually firmer than the name implies and I'm glad I ordered it I don't think I can say that I sleep so much better and wake up refreshed as they would say in a commercial. I sleep well, I don't feel movement from my sleepmates (human and canine) and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for alternative to a spring mattress.

Not so much memory
I got the Medium, and to me it doesn't feel like memory foam. It doesn't have any memory, it springs straight back up. I don't sink into it at all, and it doesn't respond to temperature at all. I've slept on 6 memory foam mattresses from Overstock, my own and friends', and I know what it's supposed to feel like, and this doesn't do that. As far as I can tell it's just firm foam, and as such not worth the price.
