The Perfect Answer to Sleeping on A Sofa Bed
We purchased the comfort dreams mattress for the sofa bed at my parents' cabin. The mattress arrived in a timely fashion and we followed the directions regarding giving 48 hours for it to expand. We didn't notice any odors associated with the memory foam. The mattress has been used nightly for 2 weeks by various family members and all reported a superior night's sleep especially compared to the previous mattress. Everyone agreed that you can no longer feel "the dreaded bar". The first few times that people tried to fold the bed back up they experienced some difficulty due to the size but were able to work that out easily. The mattress also makes the couch feel more firm when sitting. This was the perfect answer to adding restful sleeping space when the entire family is up at the cabin and all of the beds are being used. In fact, people were flipping coins as to who got to sleep on the new, improved sofa bed. We would highly recommend this mattress as a high quality, reasonably priced sleeping solution!

Amazingly Comfortable
My oldest sister visited me during Thanksgiving in 2010 so I let her take my bed. I took the sofa sleeper. It was horrible. I reviewed the replacement mattresses on O.com and chose the Comfort Dreams memory foam mattress. It arrived two days ago. I followed the instructions and remove it out of the container immediately and then I placed in on my sofa sleeper. It was as if I had a new bed. It was so very comfortable. It is amazingly comfortable. My saggy coil mattress is gone and now I could sleep in this bed on a regular basis. It’s worth every penny. My only regret I wish I had purchase it sooner!

Comfy!
Use this mattress only for the friends and relatives you like. They won't want to go home. We replaced the thin mattress that came with our sofabed with the memory foam, and it's great--no more bottoming out. It folds easily and makes the sofa more comfortable to sit on, as well. So glad we bought this.

Great replacement mattress
This mattress is great. What a difference. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. It actually grew to its maximum size in only a few hours. And I noticed no odor. It was a little thicker than my previous mattress, so it was more difficult to fold back into the sofa bed. But the sofa is now also firmer than before. And the price cannot be beat.

Sofa Bed Mattress
The memory foam mattress was well constucted with a excellant covering. It made for very restful nights. So much better than the original innerspring constructed mattress that came with the sofa bed 8 years ago. I was impressed with the delivery which was within the expected timeframe. It was delivered to our daughter's home in Oregon where we spend a significant amount of time. Our stay was much more enjoyable once the mattress was delivered and used for 12 consecutive nights.

"Comfort" really describes this product.
I was skeptial when I saw the box but remember the other reviews. I opened it and let it conform to its size. I couldn't hardly wait to place it on the sleeper sofa. It really made the sofa bed sooooo much better. I could not fell the bar but could tell something was there. Such and inprovement over the coil matress. This matress will get lots of use in the next 3 months as I placed it in a vacation rental I own. I'll be intersted to hear my "reviews" on the matress from my guests. I have ordered 2 more of these for my other vacation rental. Hope they last at least a year with the daily use. Time will tell. Didn't give it an EXCELLANT rating only because unsure of how well it will hold up to everyday use.

great quality replacement sofa bed mattress
Mattress is exactly as described. High quality foam, extremely comfortable and appears very durable. A bit hard to close the sofa bed when first using but will get easier as soon sofa is firmer due to thickness and quality of mattress but still comfortable. Would highly recommend and have already to several friends.

Amazing Mattress
Ideal replacement for the useless spring mattress that came with the sofa sleeper when I first bought it! I was worried that 4.5 might not be enough to guarantee that you can't feel the metal support bars the way you did with the spring mattress and when it showed up in the shipping box I was certain that they had sent a full rather then a queen. When I opened the box and cut away the vacuum packed seal, I was amazed, it was a queen, folded in half, and quickly expanded. I placed the mattress on the bed and two of us laid down, again, amazing, absolutely no feeling of support bars underneath. My house guest said they slept very well on it. No problem folding the mattress back in place, in fact it offers more support to the sofa seat cushions then the spring mattress. This was an excellent purchase and has extended use of this sleeper sofa for many more years.

Comfortable but Not QUEEN SIZE for Sleeper
This mattress is very comfortable but it is not actually a QUEEN SIZE even though it is sold as a Queen-Size, it does not fit on the sleeper sofa as well as the previous mattress.
