Memory Foam Do's and Don'ts:

To maximize memory foam expansion; remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt.
This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Once opened this product is non-returnable.

great bed!

My husband and I would never have considered purchasing a mattress without first being able to see it, and try it out in a store. However, after mush research, and reading all of the comments about this bed here, we decided to try it out. We both have back problems and have not had a full nights rest in many years. We purchased the firm king size mattress. We received it in four days. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is! We got our first full nights rest that night on this great new mattress! It is amazing! It is firm, but for us, not too firm. This bed has made us a believer that some things really are what they are described to be. This bed is everything it claims to be, and then some. We could not be happier! We would highly recommend it to anyone with back problems.

We were rather skeptical or unsure about the reviews on the medium firmness, but decided on the medium just for a meeting point between my husband and I. I figure if you go firmer, you can always add to the mattress and soften or cushy it up. If you go too soft, your not going to be able to make it firmer! So far we are happy with the mattress. I noticed that another review stated that it didn't have the 'memory foam impression when you put your hand on it' but realized this is due to the cover on the mattress. We have added a down duvet under our mattress pad, and this adds to the cloudy comfort that my husband likes, but still gives me enough firmness in the mattress for my back. We were supposed to wait 24 hrs before laying on it, but I was so ready for sleep relief, that we slept on it within 3 hours of opening it! It has been wonderful ever since. One downfall, the UPS driver left the box on our porch, and our horses ripped it open and drug it down the driveway. Thinking that the cardboard held sweet feed inside! No major harm done though. Great purchase experience. Thanks overstock.com!

We've had this mattress for 4 weeks now and so far so good. I ordered "soft" rather than "medium" firmness since many reviewers said that "medium" was too stiff and I am glad that I did. The mattress is very comfortable and is similar to theTempur Pedic that we had in a queen size. Time will only tell how this mattress holds up but it was worth the risk at such a low price. I shopped for memory foam mattress at retail stores and they were in the $3000 range. Also, our mattress did not stink or have a strange smell like some of the reviewers mentioned. So far we are very satisfied with our mattress and it fits perfectly in our new king size bed.

My husband and I looove our new mattress. We went with the 'soft' firmness, the mattress is soft but still supportive, not like a pillowtop. It also stays a lot cooler than other memory foam mattresses. For everyone that complains it sags and they have to buy a whole new mattress thats why they offer a 10-year warranty. Its only $50 and they replace it for 10 years, hellooooo...
