Memory Foam Do's and Don'ts:

To maximize memory foam expansion; remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt.
This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Once opened this product is non-returnable.

What a Deal!

This is a great mattress at a great price. Shipped in a manageable roll and puffed right up to the full 11" within a couple of hours. Every bit as comfortable as our $1500 memory foam mattress. I have recommended it to everyone.

I bought this mattress as a housewarming gift for my sister, who raved about mine when she visited a few weeks ago. She LOVES the mattress, and her husband says it's the only mattress he's slept on in years that didn't cause him back pain. They are both small people, so I'm hoping the mattress does not sag or degrade over time the way some other reviewers have experienced. I use mine in a guest room, so I'm not concerned about that.

We ordered the queen size mattress in "firm" about 2 years ago and still love it! When we first got it, I thought it might be a little too firm, but quickly changed my mind. "Firm" is definitely firm and probably isn't for everyone. We like this mattress so much, I just ordered another one in twin size. We highly recommend this product!!

I had tried different mattresses, from pillow-tops, to firm, to memory foam toppers. I always wound up back on my living room couch for a good nights sleep. I had to find a mattress that mimicked my living room couch. I took a gamble on the select-a-firmness mattress and figured the soft would be most like my living room couch. When I received it, I opened it and layed it out on the bed. I let it air out for a couple of hours, no smells noticed. I went to bed at 12am. I woke up at 12 pm without the usual back pain or tossing and turning I usually do every night before. My wife even told me that if I did move, she can't feel the bed move on her side like before. This bed has now given me the pain free nights I've been waiting for.
