  • Returned 2 Defective units!

    Received AC, item was defective- 3 prong cord missing the grounding prong and side casing bent inward. There was no visible damage to the box it was packaged in for shipping, and thus it seemed it was damaged during manufacturing and packaging. Received replacement and item arrived in worse condition! No damage to box it was shipped in, but after unit was removed from the box, it showed the side of the unit crushed in. Additionally, it did not run, kept showing an error code that the unit needed to be drained. Contacted Overstock again to pickup another defective unit and I then learned there was a high rate of returns for this unit.
