Columbus Console = Awesomeness
I absolutely love this console. I bought it for my parent's living room, which is relatively small. I got this product to go with the new TV I got them (55" LED/LCD). The product description says it can support up to a 50", but i figured whats another 5". I think the 50" limit in the description is to make sure the ends of the TV aren't hanging off too much. I set up the TV and console up against a wall, so theres no danger of anyone running into it. The TV also sits at eye level on top of the console, so the height of the console is perfect; ideal for 3D capable TV's. The storage on both ends are very convenient, I could fit about 25 DVD's on each shelf. It finish looks like real wood! The assembly was super simple, anyone can do it. It took me about 2 hours because I did it by myself, but I'm sure 2 pairs of hands would cut the time in half. I know there are some frustrated reviewers when it comes to the assembly, but it's honestly one of the easiest things I've ever assembled. I highly recommend organizing all the parts according to the initial picture in the instructions; assembly is a breeze after this is done. I should also mention I didn't use the included wood glue on the little wood pegs. My parents plan to move in the future and I wanted to be able to dismantle the console when the time comes. The console is extremely sturdy/solid, I can't imagine the console being anymore stronger than it already is (glue-less). Also, you will need a phillips head screwdriver, and a regular screwdriver (flat head). Some people where complaining about having to go out and buy the screwdrivers, because they were't included in the package. In my humble opinion, they have done you a favor by making you go them. What kind of person doesn't have simple tools like screwdrivers in their homes? All in all, a fantastic buy for the price. The quality is better than I expected. I am very pleased!

TV Console
Product was what I ordered. Very nice quality and sollid. TV, VCR and dish receiver fits nicely. Love the shelves on the side to hold DVD's and movies. The drawers slide out can be used for various storage needs. Very satisified with product.

Nice TV stand for the price
A very nice TV stand if you are looking for something small and compact. For the size it has a ton of storage and looks great in my living room. Took awhile to put together - about 4 hours - but wasn't hard...just time consuming.

Love It
Overall, this is a great TV stand and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It is a great quality piece of furniture and looks more expensive than it was. The storage space on the sides is perfect. It gives me enough room to house my DVD collection while keeping them both easily accessible but tucked away. The only complaint I would have is the shipping. The box was left at my door very torn and damaged. I was concerned about the condition of the stand but fortunately it was packed well and none of the damage made it down to my purchase.

Drawers are strange
Ordered this piece looking for good, but affordable furniture to fit a new living room. The product looks nice, but there is a manufacturers error and the drawers don't fit correctly. I made sure that it wasn't a construction or user error and am a person who figures out puzzles and would rather have things fixed than complain. The left drawer doesn't fit right, since the covers are cut incorrectly. Will be trying to get in contact with the manufacturer to try to get the correct parts, but in the meantime, it is a dissapointment.

great bargain
I needed a "smart looking" small cabinet to tuck away in a corner of my living room for a second TV for larger group viewing. I put casters on all 5 legs so I could roll it out as needed. Works perfectly! We love it !

Great piece!
I love this console! I was looking for a smaller piece for the bedroom (I have a platform bed so needed a lower console) - but I wanted something that was multifunctional. This is perfect. The shelves hold my books, cds, and dvds. The piece went together just fine with no issues.
