cwolf1234 from Washington, Rating:3.0This french press is advertised as 8 cup capacity. You MIGHT be able to get 8 itty bitty cups of coffee out of it, but it only holds about 4 cups of liquid. I expected double the capacity and am disappointed. Other than that, product quality is good.

darbyclare from Tampa Bay, Rating:5.0I love coffee made in a French press. I wanted one without glass parts so I wouldn't worry about breaking it. This press is beautiful in design. There are two features that I have not seen in other presses. One, there is a filter at the spout to catch any grounds that escape the plunger. The filter in the plunger is closed off by turning the shaft after plunging, which stops the brewing completely. I served coffee from this press to friends who are serious about their coffee. They complimented the coffee and wanted to know how it was made! I an very pleased.

tgsw from Mass, Rating:3.0The site description stating that this item is made in Holland is inaccurate. The older plastic filter cones clearly stated Made in Holland molded into a small circle on the side of the cone. On the version Overstock.com is selling, that molded in circle is empty. The Made in Holland text has been removed from the cone and it states nowhere on the cone where the item is made. Usually that means it's made in China. I paid more to buy this version from Overstock.com just to get the Made in Holland version and was disappointed.
