I thought the fabric would be heavier duty to prevent sagging of the shelves. .... They can't hold much weight before they just sink down. Forget sweaters, I put gloves in it and the shelves sunk. Also, out of the package it has a horrible plastic chemical smell. I kept it on a balcony for two weeks and then tried it in my closet. I doanted it to a thrift shop. Do not waste your money on this.

This is great to store my blankets in versus just putting them on the shelf. The quality is great and makes my closet look tidy!

i was looking for storage in my RV and this is perfect. The quality exceeds what I expected, I'm used to the cheaper ones that are flimsy, this one is not. It fits perfectly in the space I have.

I love these closets so much I purchased 4. (Two walk-in closets required 2 full sets each.) A few minor gripes and tips: The wood is very soft and not really furniture grade. Mine came with a fair share of dings, wood filler, pallet strap marks, etc. Most of these can be managed by carefully inspecting each piece and putting the best part forward. Also, some wood especially the tower will get scraped up during installation. So forget the ?repair pen? that comes with the unit ? pick up a small can of red mahogany stain and you'll be able to cover most damage. The upside of such soft wood is that it doesn't split when driving screwed through it like hardwood does. There was a learning curve cutting the shelving to fit. Since each slat is separated and I didn't really want to slice through a slat you can cut off one slate (leaving a maximum amount of wood) to achieve the closest fit. The tower doors (purchased separately) were very unattractive due to wood filler from the fact...
