Nice buffet but a bear to construct
This is a fine dining buffet. It appears exactly as pictured. I believe the description should include measurements for the drawers and cupboard as well. This would have been really useful for me as two items I intended to put in the buffet (crock pot) turned out to be too big. Otherwise, this buffet is a welcomed addition to my dining room. Construction was much more difficult than it should have been. The instructions represent all the pieces but they do not indicate top/bottom or inside/outside. This is important because the pre-drilled holes for screws will work even if the piece is upsidedown. I ended up taking apart the buffet three times after realizing I had screwed a piece together incorrectly. The instructions do provide enough detail to prevent this. Also, some pieces are not cut to precise measurements. The shelves on the ends have metal rods to keep glasses in place. In my case, some of these rods were a hair too long, which scratches the sides. Despite the construction woes, I am happy with my purchase. I mean, you only have to build it once then you enjoy it forever. I would recommend this buffet to others with the clear warning about construction.

Very nice!!
Im so happy! With my buffet table, everything in one! I'm a wine drinker so this is perfect next to my dining room. Very easy access and very impressive storage spaces. Let's it arrived in leass than a week, it took less than an hour for me and my husband to set it up and after we very very impressed! I can't believe the prie is so cheap for a beautiful furniture and good quality., usually those don't come together but for my buffet table it came with all those features.

beautiful once assembled
cant say im not pleased. first it arrived in less then a week. second everything arrived safly third following the directions it took a decent amount to put together. and forth the finished product looks amazing.. my friends always comment on how great it looks and that i have great taste!

Beautiful piece!!!
Received in timely manner. Huge box, lol but as expected. All pieces present. easy to assemble but if not reading directions exactly will misplace aligning of parts but easy to fix mistakes if made. Exactly as pictured in pic. Great value for the price!! Love it and I just ordered the matching coffee table!!! Great addition to a small to medium dining room or kitchen space!!! Love it!!!!

Perfect Fit
This buffet looks great and has a lot more space than you would think. We were able to fit a ton of stuff in it. The only downside is the assembly. The instructions were a little vague. Other than that awesome.

Clayton Cappuccino dining buffet
This has been the worst product I have purchased at Overstock! It arrived with missing hardware, plus the cabinet had so much damage, thanks to this horrible pressed board and not wood, ugh. It looks wonderful when put together, but you better not look inside, shelves chipped, drawers flimsy, legs already chipped, and all this for a BIG price! Sure, customer service sent the missing parts, however in the meantime I had all the pieces all over the floor in my small Apt. I also received a very small compensation, nothing appropriate for this highly OVERPRICED piece of furniture.

Great Piece
Purchased as a gift for my Mother. She loves it! Great quality, great price. The directions weren't that great, had to take apart halfway through like previous reviewers. Other than that, highly recommend this product.

A Challenging Build
Before buying this buffet, I read through the reviews and saw that a number of people complained about how difficult it is to put together. Now, I've handled my fair share of assembling Ikea furniture, so I figured I could handle it! I was wrong... Fortunately my crafty father was visiting, but it was still a challenge for the two of us. The details in the instructions are minimal, making it impossible to tell if you're screwing up until it's too late. It took 3 dis-assemblies before the thing was finished, which seems to be the average based on other reviews. It includes glue for the dowels... don't use it! Set a few hours aside and be ready for some frustration when it comes time to tackle this project. Once it was finally together, it's been great. The drawers could line up a little better, but overall it is solid and fits well in our living room. We're using it as a bar, and there's plenty of room for liquor bottles, glasses, etc. Delivery was quick and painless.

One IMPORTANT thing u should know!
If anyone is looking for a a server/buffet table. This is perfect! My husband and I are using it for a coffee station. The drawers and cabinets work perfectly. It is sturdy and fits great. I love how narrow it is yet fits any thing u need on it. Anyway back to the important news. All the reviews I read complained about the instructions, I wish someone had clarified what they meant! So a girlfriend and I decided to but it together. I opened the instructions, the pictures were very clear and it all made sense and couldn't understand why someone had an issue. I realized however at one point we had put a part together wrong! The problem with the directions is its not clear on how to lay the boards down and which way to hold them. If I had known that I would have used a little more logic in assembling it. So it's quite simple if u think about how it goes together and knw before hand that the directions are not clear on how to hold the boards. So with a brain and looking out for the missing detail it's quite simple and a wonderful piece.
