Very Bad Experience
This was my first time buying from Overstock and after my problems with the product, the customer service and returning of the product; I will never order anything from Overstock ever again. The product arrived on time, however the quality was very cheap. And then the holes for the screws were too large. After spending two hours trying to assemble the cabinet, the screws would not fit correctly so the cabinet was wobbly. After spending more time taking the cabinet apart, I spent another hour with great frustration putting the parts back into the box it arrived in. I called the customer service to let them know the problem. After wasting more time trying to get the agent to understand it wasn't my lack of ability of assembling but because of defective screw holes, the agent finally agreed that I was right and told me that the UPS would be able to pick up the item sometime during the next five days and I was to be available between 10am - 5pm. Right, as if I don't have to work. I told her, that is not possible and that I would take it to the UPS myself as long as I don't have to pay for shipping. She emailed me a self-return label. But I guess she didn't tell the UPS guy not to come pick it up because for the next four days, I find a note on my door indicating the driver came to pick up the item. After having to find a UPS store close to where I live, I finally was able to find time to return the item. A few weeks later, I received an email from Overstock letting me know that they received the item and I was given full credit for it.

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? With the exception of the color of the item, I don't really know if the rest of the product description was accurate since I was unable to put it together because of its poor construction.

Great quality, Easy assembly
We needed a piece of functional furniture for our small bathroom, and this cabinet works really well. It's a stylish way to provide extra storage for our bathroom essentials (not large enough for full size towels, however, if that's what your looking for).

Sturdy, nice accent piece
We got this piece to use in our family room to hold our DVR for our wall mounted TV. It worked perfectly for this and goes well with our espresso colored furniture. The drawer holds remote controls nicely and the door on the cabinet below keeps our one year old from touching the items on display. While one piece arrived damaged, customer svc was quick to send out a replacement. Assembly was pretty easy and we are pleased with the functionality and look of this piece.

Very elegant and sturdy looking
Very nice cabinet for the space I wanted to decorate. A great iaccent piece o decorate with small rolled towels and a small flower vase. Very cute!
