I received it 2 days ago. Package arrived nice and well-protected. Simple assembly. I love the size and the convenience of using it. I am surprised for the deal I got. I would recommend it to my friends.

I received the Classic Leatherette Sofa Bed/ Futon/ Loveseat a little over a week ago. I am very unhappy with the craftmanship. One arm doesn't work. It is very uncomfortable (sounds like the springs are going to pop out). Looks great, but not worth the money I paid (not anything like I expected). Overstock has agreed to pick it back up and refund all my money, plus pay me back for the box (special made) I have to pack it back in for shipment.

The futon is very attractive as a small sofa. However, I have been told by a guest that the bed version is too hard and the different pieces are at different levels, causing an uneven and uncomfortable sleeping surface. There were no directions regarding attaching the legs. I had to get a drill to put them on. CF

The stock picture makes this couch look much more comfortable than it actually is. I knew something was up when the box it arrived in seemed TINY! It's not nearly that plush. I'm fine sitting on it but that's only because I barely clear 5 feet tall. My boyfriend, on the other hand, hates it. It's far too small and he always claims he feels that it's leaning forward. (And yes, we attached the legs on properly.) On the other hand it is nice to have it fold down into a sofa bed. Our friends who spent the night said they were fine sleeping on it. But they're not very tall either haha.

I am dissatisfied with this leatherette futon mainly because of the arms, which should have been attached separately. When they are raised, the material bunches up and makes the entire futon look cheap. A lesser defect is the fact that the legs were enclosed in a zippered pocket underneath the futon. This resulted in a couple of tears. However, the poor construction of the futon's arms is my main cause of dissatisfaction with this product. I would return this futon except it's so large that I feel it would be too much of a hassle. Hopefully, it will make a decent bed for guests. I have been using it as a not too comfortable sofa. A teen-age granddaughter will be arriving soon, and this will be her temporary bed.

It is very cheaply made, most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. I t was damaged when taken out of box. seam was coming undone. I have made many purchases at Overstock and have loved everyone of them. This however was awful, It was sent back, and Overstock gave me a full refund.

would never buy this againcame with the legs missing and minor tear - so much hassle for nothing

I receive it two days ago. Packed well and fast delivery. It¿s easy to set up. Perfect in size as a sofa bed, but a tad small if you are over 6 feet. Great looking, fitting in with any modern/contemporary decor.

It looks cheap. I was hoping it would look as great as it does online... but it is very cheap looking. I bought it for my boyfriend and he hates it and complains about how ugly and uncomfortable it is... It did ship quickly and was not damaged... but like I said doesn't look high quality.

Smaller than expected. It looks great but not very comfortable. Padding fine in the back portion but the seat portion theres practically none. You have to drill the holes for the legs yourself and there are no markings for where the legs go- you are guessing. Regret this purchase.

I received this sofa 3 days ago. When the box was being unloaded from the truck, I thought there was going to be a second box that will go with it. Even though the sofa is decent size to sit on, it is much smaller than it appears in the picture on the website. The appearance of this couch is simply perfect with my living room decor; however, the leatherette looks a little too fake. The sofa is not as plushy and leather looking as it appears in the picture. I am still pleased with its appearance just because it complements my living room. I have read in a previous review that the couch seems to be leaning a little forward.. I felt the same problem and ended up finding rubber black coasters to place under the legs, which solved problem without affecting the appearance. Now, for the reason of leaning forward: When this sofa was manufactured, they haven't left much mounting room for the rear legs.. and you end up mounting the legs on top of where they tucked in the excess leatherette in the corners of the bottom of the support plate below the seating cushion. Thus, this causes the rear legs to be 1/2 to 1 inch longer than the front legs. However, black rubber coasters under the front legs solved the problem perfectly. My main problem: Mounting the legs.. They provided the screws that hold the legs; however, they haven't drilled any holes for it. I was glad I had a powerful drill. And drilling is not even the hardest part. Once I started screwing in the screws, half way in, my arms ran out of power. I used my drill to tighten the screws. Doing so was so hard that, in the end, the battery of drill was completely drained. There is no way for someone to manually tighten 16 screws of this sofa. At least I know they have used quality wood for where the legs are screwed in. This is an OK buy. If the couch was exactly as described and shown. It would have been a great buy. This was the only black sofa in my budget. A plus side is its ease of cleaning because of the leatherette.

I am in love with my sofabed/futon bed. This piece of furniture is what you'll need when you are looking for a futon bed. Very padded so that the morning after you won't feel pain in back. Great for sitting and relaxing because it offers tremendous room. Fits about 2-3 comfortably, so you know that the size is just right for any family. I will recommend this to anyone. Buy the black one, it is very sleek and nice looking.

It's a nice sofa. Very comfortable! Great quality. It bring a totally modern style to our living room. Modern look and good workmanship. Assembly is almost unnecessary. You won't find a better value anywhere else.

This sofa was wonderful! I am always wary of purchasing anything without first seeing/touching it. Overstock has consistently offered very high quality merchandise! We have also purchased a large area rug from Overstock and we were very pleased also. This sofa would not be good for you if you expect to use it for lounging around. The foam is much too dense to "lounge" on. Shipping was extremely fast also!

Ok piece of inexpensive furniture. I was disappointed to see that the back of the sofa is not finished in leather, but black cloth. This makes it impossible to place it anywhere but up against a wall. Also, the almond color is a yellow cream color, not a white cream color.

Our new sofa are beautiful - better than the picture. The leather is soft and supple, very comfortable, and the seats are high which pleases my husband. The delivery was A+ so the whole experience with Overstock is better than my expectations. Thank you.

I purchased this sofa for my new office. I wanted something a little modern looking but also comfortable and inviting. Very easy to assemble, no defects.

The leather is very thick and durable, and the frame and stitch work are solid. Many leather couches I tested in my local furniture stores were much softer. Great heavy duty hinges. No problem putting this together but I was prepared with my electric drill. looks great!! You will not be disappointed if you make the purchase. I love the look and feel. Very comfortable.

Better looking than a futon and a better value. Not only was I able to handle the large pieces but I was able to assemble without directions (left at work) it's that easy. Everything I have purchased thru O has been a great value and looks fabulous. I'm always looking for my next purchase.
