Classic 18/10 Stainless Steel 7-piece Cookware Set

I have had this set for about a month now, and I am very satisfied. I bought the red, and they fit well with the decor in my kitchen. The red grips stay cool during cooking, and the pots cook very evenly. I even had a few scares where I thought food had burned to the bottom, but they cleaned very well. Just be sure to dry the pots after each use, especially if you want to display them because they get water stains (as with all stainless steel items). Overall great quality for the price, and will suit the needs of an avid cook or for beginners.

If you have no money in the bank, are a cook and need a "full" set, this is worth the investment. But if you CAN spend a couple more dollars, do buy something more decent that you will love. I bought this set several months ago and it has so far served its purpose. I was very disappointed when I first received it because I expected something homey and cute, and the set is put together like something that "is supposed to serve a purpose". The screws on the lids are fat and bold, the rubber (or whatever the material is) on the handles is very cheap but it does serve the purpose of the handles not getting hot. The quality of the metal itself is not fantastic either - it just does not feel good. Again, do not buy it if you love to cook and are just a little low on your funds right now. Better invest into one or two more expensive pieces that you can cook everything in. But if you have to have a full set and are on a strict budget, it is fully operational.

I ordered these on Friday morning and they were here by Wednesday afternoon. Overstock has amazingly affordable and fast shipping, I LOVE IT! I cooked with these last night and they give off an even heat. If your used to cooking with a non stick product stainless steel takes a little getting used to. You don't need to use as high of heat to cook with. If you do cook with too high of heat things may begin to stick a little. Easy clean up and if something does stick just make a little cascade paste and it will scrub right out and be shinny and new again. The bottoms of these pans are nice and thick and very comparable to much higher priced cookware I have used. Overall I am very pleased and I am ordering my mother a set as a gift.

Ordered this set because I wanted to change out some of my old pots & pans. I chose a stainless steel cookware because of sanitation, safety, and durability after many washings. After trying it, I am very pleased. After cooking meats the first time in the frying pan, the surface had a splotchy look even after scrubbing and washing. I was not sure why this happened. However, to solve this, I used a metal cream cleaner and it came out like brand new. The set is well built. The silicone handles are heat resistant for up to 400 degrees. I love to cook and I love this cookware set. The cooking was very evenly heated and all of my foods came out very good. I am not afraid to damage this set like I was the nonstick. Now I can use a scrubby in it to clean out the good without fear of destroying it.
