Elegant
Wow, we are re-doing our entire house and I am finding more and more treasures here at Overstock. This is really pretty. The plumber was impressed. I have not used it yet--that bathroom has yet to be tiled. I hope to be able to edit and add to my review--once it is up. It is large and nice quality and i looked a long time for something that would scream elegance. I cant wait for this to be installed-- my 6'4 husband will be just under the rainfall. Really nice. It was a fair price as well. Arrived quickly. My Handyman is becoming quite impressed with the things I am finding from Overstock. My devotion to Overstock is growing w/ each purchase and the great coupons with the O Club. Love it.

Not worth the trouble
Despite the description, this shower head did not fit my existing plumbing. I had to return it. What a waste of time, energy, and money!

Poor Quality Control
The shower head and arm looked great, but when it came to install, poor quality control at the factory became evident. The threads on the wall end of the shower arm were flattened and would not screw into a standard pipe. It looked like the threads had been crushed at some point before the unit was chrome plated. While I give the product 1 star for the QC issue, Overstock's service was great. They took care of my problem in a reasonable way.
