I needed something small and sturdy and it is just that. I did have a problem with the knobs (not all of them arrived with the shipment). It is easy to assemble if you have a small electric drill. You must take your time opening and closing the drawers, otherwise they will come slightly off of the tracks. Overall, a decent investment for the money paid.

This item has a nice appearance once assembled. The fiberboard has a contact paper cherry color overlay that looks poor up close. The polished knobs are great although the drawer does not slide well. The interior does not seem as though it would hold any weighted items, so I would keep only small things inside. I am happy with the appearance although I would not purchase again. The assembly is time consuming and frustrating. This piece seems to be more of a decorative furniture piece than a functional furniture piece.

I have assembled lots of items, but none easier and well-fitting as this one. Couldn't be more pleased. I'll be back if I need more furniture-my wife and I had lots of fun assembling it.

The assembly is not easy at all, and the instruction not very helpful, the drawers are the weakest link. But design wise it is the best that I could find for the price, and I searched everywhere

I was surprised that this item was as nice as it is. I gave it 4 stars only because it is particle board, which I knew when I purchased it. My only objection is that the bottom of the drawers and the back are nailed on. I am pretty good with a hammer, but the nails, provided, were really inadaquate, so I had a difficult time with them. Screws would have been much better. I was very happy with the ease of assemly and the instruction were extremely detailed. I was pleased that the finished product looks exactly like the picture. I had absolutely no problems putting it together and when I was finished, I had a very handsome piece of furniture at a very affordable price.
