rust!
DO NOT BUY THIS MEAT GRINDER. The steel plate the meat filters through is not stainless so rust forms after one use even when it is cloth dried. Cleaning rust from the plate before every use means cleaning every single hole (there are about 30-40) with steel wool before each use. Since ordering a stainless steel plate that won't rust on the web to replace this one costs about $25 with shipping, this meat grinder is not the deal it originally appears to be.

Bought this item a while ago but didn't get a chance to use it before. Cleaning is a nightmare and it does RUST.
