    I bought this set to replace a set of Rachel Ray pans. These are far superior. I wasn't sure about the chocolate color, but they are beautiful. These have the heavy bottom which is wonderful for holding heat. They are truly non-stick without having to add oil, butter or cooking spray. The shapes of the sauce pots are different, but I really like them. The shape of the stock pot is one of the nicest I've seen. I am THRILLED to own this set.

    I really like this cookware. It's very easy to clean, and I love the fact that I can put them in the dishwasher. I was worried the dishwasher would cause them to discolor, but it has not. The only problem I have with them is that they are not easy to hang on my pot rack. The handles have a small hole for hanging, and they must be hung backwards in order for my hooks to work.

    I was a little disappointed that they were made in China. They have been great so far. They do cook much faster than my other cookware, was boiling potatoes in the skin and they burst open and were mush, tried again and they were ready in 20 minutes and were purfect. I am going to try and not allow my husband to use them, he has a knack for scratching things but never owns up to it. All in all I am really happy with them.

  • Do these pans work really well on a smooth top range? I want flat, smooth bottoms that won't scratch the smooth top and pans that are heavier so they don't slip around. Also, can these be purchased individually? I love the color. Any info you can supply would be most helpful. Thank you.

    • I like mine on the smoth cooktop. But I am careful not to drag the pans I usually lift them up. I've always done this and have no problem. I love the quality of the pans.
