    This is a nice starter set of pots and pans. Probably most appropriate for the average home cook. The pots and pans are surprisingly light weight compared to other hard-anodized cookware I've purchased in the past. This may be good in terms of ease of use, but it makes me wonder how long these pans will hold up to consistent use. I purchased a similar set from Costco in 2007 (still in good condition but gifted to my parents) for about the same price that seem to be much better quality and are definitely larger and able to accommodate several types of dishes when cooking for a crowd or large family. Nice set but only buy if you can catch it on sale.

  • because there are multiple cooks in my household, some will forget to use the proper cooking utensils for the non-stick pans. How will this product react if someone uses a metal spatula or other metal utensil when cooking. Do the handles stay cool?
