This lovely rug looks great, just gorgeous, but we had the unfortunate experience of having it shed copious amounts of wool fuzz. It was purchased for my daughter's bedroom, so was not in a high traffic area to suggest it was being worn excesively. I am picking up handfuls of pink wool fiber/fuzz evey week despite regular vacuuming of the rug itself. I finally gave up when my daughter came down with yet another sinus infection and we suspect wool fibers are to blame. So much for trying to avoid synthetics! Oddly enough, it still looks brand new despite shedding so much. My rug cleaning service never cleaned it, but said they'd never seen shedding like that before.
