The faucet looks great, and I love the swivel mobility. The plumber had difficulty installing it (4 hours). He said it had a lot of parts and that if it started to leak, the whole thing would have to be replaced because of the way it was made. I am, however, pleased with its appearance and operation thus far.

Bought two. Both came in original packaging with all parts needed for assembly. Mounting was easy and all parts fit together nicely. The spicket does swivel which I like. The only negetive is that you have to open the hot and cold handles over half way to start water flow.

It should be clarified that the spout on this faucet is only about 8 inches long, so water hits just a little in front of the drain hole on a standard vanity. The faucet looks great. The only issue my contractor had with installing it was that he had to take apart the drain to add some plumber's putty as it was leaking a little bit, I think where the sink bowl and drain meet with the plumbing under the bowl...

I really love this faucet. It looks great in our bathroom. The quality is outstanding. It is obvious that this is not made out of cheap materials. The only problem we had installing the faucet was figuring out which handle went on which side. They appear identical and one would think it might not matter which went on which side. However, we soon discovered that we had installed them so that when the water was OFF the handle stuck straight out toward the sink and when the water was ON, they were sticking out to the sides (the way they should have been when the water was off). We had to disassemble the handles and reattach them to correct the problem. Beware, the instructions do not mention this issue and do not instruct you how to avoid it. Other than this minor problem, we love it.

Very heavy, well made, easy to install. Good choice alternative to more expensive options.

Looks and feels like a $400 unit. Not for first timers, (no directions). Well worth it if you know what your doing.

We bought two of these faucets. They were relatively easy to put together and the quality is good. We didn't have any plumbing or faucet installation experience before this project and didn't have too much trouble. The faucets look just as nice as some of the high-end faucets we considered in the stores. We've already received several compliments.

This faucet is absolutely gorgeous and the price is unbeatable. You would never find this faucet in a store for this price, it would easily be at least twice the price, probably much more though. We didn't have any missing parts and it was easy to install. It looks gorgeous in our new bathroom and we couldn't be happier!

We are very happy with our faucets. We bought two. They are very tall and extend past the middle of the sink BUT the faucet head swivels so when little kids or adults are brushing their teeth or washing their faces, you just move the faucet to one side or the other. They were easy to install and the price is unbeatable. I had been considering faucets very similar that were 4 to 5 times more than what we paid for these. We highly recommend these faucets.

It is a really great product and is fantastic to look at.

The faucet is very nice for the money. I did not receive any installation instructions, so I have had to learn as I go. The cold and hot levers were not marked accordingly, so I have had to switch them so they worked properly. In total, it took about three hours to install, which could have been cut in half if I had received the installation instructions. Overall, I am satisfied.

This is a handsome faucet, but it turned out to be too tall for our bathroom renovation project. We hung the medicine chest first, and then realized that we couldn't open the door of the medicine chest after we installed the faucet. Learn from us!
