The shower head is very nice, just as pictured. The arm was too long for our shower. It is 18" long, for a standard shower this is too long. I was able to have it cut to the correct size (6") and re-threaded at a cost of $15.00. So before you oder - measure 18" from the ceiling of your shower!

The shower head is very nice. Be aware that you not mount it to the wall and have it flow directly down. The shower head attaches to the long support arm. But it will not bend straight down. The 90 degree elbow that I spent days looking for ended up costing me $17 for the part and several trips to different businesses to find it. The product is good if you are mounting it in a different way.
