This is a modern, beautiful chandelier. It arrived well packed and in great condition--all pieces were accounted for and was installed easily. It give a lovely, diffused light and provides a nice stream-lined modern look. Highly recommend.

I am in love with my chandelier. I replaced the ugliest chandelier in the world (no joke) with this elegant, sophisticated piece - and love it every time I enter my dining room. The shade is very thin wood - it looks like birds eye maple, and the frosted glass at the bottom throws off a warm glow. This a very high quality piece; the light bulb sockets are ceramic (not cheap plastic like you'd usually find). Installation? Forget it. I had to have a handy friend install the chandelier. I have no idea how to wire anything. My only issue is that I wish the chandelier hung about 5 inches shorter.

This was another great purchase from Overstock. The chandelier looks very modern and I think it's the metal accents that really set it apart from other similar chandeliers. No complaints here. Packaged great, looks great, functions like it should.It was important to me that the power cord was not JUST a power cord/cable, but was covered by a metal rod. This one has a metal tube going from the shade to the ceiling fixture and comes plenty of length to extend. Definitely something to consider as many of the corded chandeliers without the metal covering appear wrinkled and not as crisp. My opinion.

While I love the look of the chandelier the quality is very poor. When I took it out of the box the shroud appeared dirty. A magic eraser cleaned it up a little but there still appears to be dirt streaks in the material itself. After I mounted it I could not for the life of me get the fixture to level. I must have spent a good hour trying to adjust it but it still will not level. I've come to the conclusion that I received a defective product and that the chandelier I received is warped. I have it halfway ok right now but it still bugs me every time I look at it. Debating about returning it but unsure if it's worth the hassle.

Searched for months for this style of ceiling light fixture for my mid-century modern bedroom, at an affordable price. Was thrilled when I found this on Overstock and even more thrilled when I received it. It is even better than described and looks so much better than the picture. It complements my bedroom decor perfectly! It came well packaged and undamaged. My husband had no problem installing it.

All pieces were in the box and no damage occurred during shipping. Be certain to look under the card board at the bottom of the container for the light diffuser glass. I had a professional electrician remove my old chandelier and install the new. He had no problems with the installation. This new chandelier puts out a wonderful amount of diffused light and adds a very modern look to the room. My breakfast nook is well lit but not with harsh lighting.

This light is nice-good price. Understated. Be prepared to purchase additional screws-the length of the screws your fixture requires may be different than what is supplied with this light-no biggie-just a quick trip to LOWES. I would buy again.

Not everything they carry is a deal, but Overstock has become my go-to place for lights. This is my third light from them, and they have all been higher quality than I could find at their price points. This light looks and feels more expensive than it is. My only real complaint is that the shade is very, very light colored; even more than in the picture. When it is equipped with 45W or higher bulbs, and turned on, the shade is practically white in appearance.

I was very pleased with this light fixture and thought it was an excellent value and quality. It looks fabulous in my new home office and I am considering buying another for my breakfast nook. I love the color and texture of the shade. I would describe it as an ostrich-like texture whith just subtle stippling around the shade. The color is an off-whitish/beige that provides a nice soft light. It looks like a higher quality light fixture than you'd find at a big box store. I would highly recommend.
