poor quality shower head
The quality of this product is the worst. The hose has a sticker feel and bad smell. The bracket is a screw-in type so you have to drill holes into your shower stall. The feel and look says "cheap". It is not worth the price.I would return it but there is a $4.95 restocking fee that I didn't know about.

Showerhead Has Issues!
This product is worth the price paid. Had I paid a lot more, I would be really disappointed. The showerhead piece is plastic and doesn't stop all the water completely. It was impossible to not get a single drip. Also, the additional head has a separate hanger, which we did not want to drill into our existing tile, so the additional head just hangs from the main spout (which can be in the way for a normal shower). Otherwise, the feature is really neat and great for kids!

HORRIBLE!
This is cheaply made so don't be fooled by the weight of the package! It leaks like crazy, and so not worth the trouble to install it! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
