I am a regular overstock customer but, I was a bit unhappy with this purchase I really liked the design of this shower head but, when I installed it I noticed it was made mainly out of plastic and then after about a week I was unable to change the head settings. It stays in the same flow no matter how many directions you change it. I was really bummed about it.

This showerhead does not come with all of the parts to install. It came with a hose and showerhead only. No mount. This item is very expensive for half a showerhead

This is a nice-looking shower head. It was quite easy to assemble and install. The pieces are plastic, so I'll see how long this lasts. However, it's a good value, and the spray is very nice. It does give you choices of the rainlike spray, up to a massaging spray.

I brought this to help out in the bathing of my elderly mother and it has worked out perfect. Easy to install and to use. No buttons for her to push which is great as she doesn't have much hand strength. Also usefull for our bathing of our Dachshunds!

Overall. Good value for money. Just be careful when you attach to existing plumbing. The attachment is plastic and it cracked when I tightened it

This product is a fairly good value for money, but if you want something that actually works well, then don't buy it. The assembly took about 30 minutes done by my husnband whom is usually very good with DIY, basically the instructions were not easily laid out, the unit iteself was quite cheap in feel, and doesnt have a great waterflow- meaning the pressue is softened, and instead a tiny trickel tends to eminate from the holes.

Works great and was easy to install. I did it myself -- with the help of a wrench and teflon tape.

This is made from plastic, but holds up well. Got one for my guest bath, after using one in the master for 2 years. It is holding up very well. The hose attached is very high quality metal covered with heavy plastic coating. Love it also to spray down entire shower when I clean it.

This is well worth the money when you compare it to competitive handheld shower heads and its a great value. Sometimes people feel that if the price is not high enough the quality is not there and this product is every bit as good as the more expensive units.

I purchased two of these handheld showers about a year ago for my new home which already had all the bath fixtures in place prior to my purchase. My daughter installed it for me (had never anything like that before). It's worked well for a year. Be careful, however, because this is a plastic piece which is prone to crack if trying to over-tighten. Actually, we think we heard a "crack," but there has never been a leak. I love this and would buy it again. They are attractive and very "spa-like."

I ordered this about about 4-5 yrs and all we did to change the low flow on this is a little plastic thing in the inside of the shower head ..... TAKE IT OUT.....and it works great!!! I love this showerhead, works great for tall people especially and giving our dogs baths, you can turn it completely off without turning the water off if needed at any time. I am now ordering a new one as now mine has just started leaking badly,,,,,,,, we figure it is just worn out!

This was simple to install and the choices of the water is great. I prefer the gentle rain. My father, who is 84 years old, likes using a shower on a hose and this is ideal for him. It beats having a regular shower head and then a second one on a hose and needing to change a lever as to which shower head the water came out of. Everything is in one.

This took less than 5 minutes to install. I bought it to make showering easier for our kids and it has worked out well. I plan on purchasing another one for our other bathroom.

THIS IS A POORLY MADE ITEM. THE INSTRUCTION WERE DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW. I DID GET IT UP & IT LEAKS IN SMALL PLACES--TAPE WAS POOR QUALITY ALSO. I'M SAVING MY MONEY FOR A QUALITY SHOWER HEAD !!!

i love this shower head,installation was to easy ten minutes or less the chrome is very classy ,the shower head is tall enough for someone 6'4 or 5'3 so I'm so happy.water pressure is great.

We love to take showers now and it is so easy to change settings on. Also mounting it made it seem like our shower was for a taller person, which we needed because I felt like I had to do a back bend to get the water to hit the top of my head when I had my back to the water. I'm so glad I bought this one!

I am using this hand held shower for elderly. They love the availability of being able to use a shower chair and still have the water supply close to them. It is a full shower waterfall and flows swiftly. It is easily assembled to the shower with little tools needed, even I can do it.

The shower head was easy to put together, but has even less water pressure than the shower head that my apartment came with. I didn't have that high of expectations given the other reviews, but it still wasn't that great. Needless to say we are still in the market for a new shower head.

Nice looking...but the water pressure just wasn't there.

This is a great shower head. It has so many different water modules you can put the shower nozzle to. The only bad part of this shower nozzle is that its made o plastic. When you screw the shower nozzle, be careful not to screw too tight. Other than that, this is a great purchase.
