received the floor lamp within a few days. Assembly was so so. The two lamps were broken but we called and the replacements came to us in a few days.

The look of this floor lamp is very modern and stylish with simple spiral look. The assembly is not too difficult--it took me 20 minutes or so to finish the whole thing. But instruction is not very helpful--some parts have been installed already. My only complaint is the steel mesh cover over the bulb--when you turn on the light, the whole ceiling is like a fisherman's net. I took it off which makes it look better without sacrificing safety or anything. My second complaint is that they use way too much styrofoam inside the box--manufacturer's decision! The foams are brittle and foam chips flying everywhere when broken. It takes up my whole garbage bin. Not environmentally friendly! Besides this, this is a good buy for a modern home--simple and tranquility inspiring.
