Christopher Knight Home Veranda Espresso Bonded Leather Storage Ottoman

I was actually surprised by the overall quality of this ottoman, given the low price. The hardware on the piece seems to be well-made, the top stays open after lifting it up, and the whole thing remains balanced even when the ottoman is empty. It's light enough to move with your feet when empty. We're using it to store throw pillows so it stays pretty light. Seems like a better choice for using with a rug or carpeting underneath, but not a slick floor. The leather padding on the top is comfortable for sitting, but probably only for short periods (it's not plush like a leather chair or similar). Very pleased overall.

The item was packed nicely in order to see the product one must removed the packaging, once removed you can clearly see that the item was poorly contructed . I was very disappointed.. I have order other itmes from overstock and was pleased.
