Good purchase!
Compared to the prices of a lot of accent chairs I had seen in retail stores, this chair is a great value. I'm using it in front of a large window and this fills the space nicely, without blocking any of the window. The fabric is a nice, neutral color (a true beige) and has the feel of a nubby, linen-type fabric. The back of the chair slants back slightly, so you don't sit perfectly upright, but it's not uncomfortable. There are some big people in my husband's family and this chair is wide enough to seat them comfortably without being too bulky and taking up half the room. The seat cushion is comfortable, yet firm. I don't think this chair will be used for curling up to watch a long movie, but it's a great seat for reading or company. This neutral chair is a great find -- it suits our space and works well within our limited budget. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color appears slightly lighter on the site, but is pretty much what I imagined it would be in person.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The chair is decent quality for the price paid. The fabric resembles the linen chairs in a lot of the more expensive furniture stores.

Grey fabric, not neutral
I've bought many things from Overstock and thought this was a great find for the price. A couple things that I hope will help someone else: 1. The nailhead trim is really nice. It keeps the chair from looking totally cheap 2. With that said, the quality is not very good. The cushion is lopsided and i'm guessing buttons will fall off soon 3. The color is not beige. i have a beige headboard and this chair looks grey in the room. it clashes 4. it's really short and not very comfortable it would be good for a kids room or a basement for the price but not as an every day chair. mine is going back for sure.

Poor quality- hard like a brick
The packaging was damaged and all mangled up. The material of the chair is of poor quality and chair is as firm as a rock. Based on the picture, one would expect that the seat cushion is soft, but it is not even close to it, The chair is very uncomfortable. The stiching on the seat cushion is not of good quality either (material , the stiching is looks wavy) . The color of the chair is gray, I was expecting more of a beige color like in the picture on the listing... Once you sit in the chair you will hate it instantly.

Product shown is off white. They sent me grey! Center hollow...so whoever sat they sunk in! Material is cheap quality. Clearly, I returned the chair for a full refund.

Firm, but Nice
Love the look of this chair. Ordered one and it came in just a few days. Easy to assemble by just screwing the legs on. It does sit very firmly so if you want a chair you sink into this is not that chair. I actually have two of these chairs now.

dissapointed in color
After receiving the chair, I went to *** for a pillow for the chair only to find a very similar chair there at a reduced price from what I paid for this one. The color is not what I expected. I thought it would be more of a beige than a faded shale. When I tipped it over to put the legs on a bug, beattle type came out of the bottom. I hope that was the only one. Was disappointed it was made in China

this is woth $40.00. you cannot sit on it. it looks real comfy but is not. no cushion at all. just a hard rock with one little piece of thin foam that is folded so it also shows thru the fabric all lumpy. it is so ugly in person I am just putting it in a bedroom corner where clothes are thrown on it. it cannot be sit on. and also is so low to the ground and wide. and the legs curve in. looks cheap and is cheap cheap cheap. save your 300 for a real chair at a consignment shop or marked down, etc...

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
To say I love the chairs is an understatement!!! I knew the color was a light grey from the reviews - which is the color I was looking for - so I was not surprised when I got them. They are FANTASTIC and I cant wait for my house warming party to show them off. I go two to put in front of my white couch - looks GREAT and VERY EXPENSIVE!
