You get what you pay for The chair is good value for the money, but as the title says, you get what you pay for. It was smaller than I expected, the cushioning is thin, the fabric is adequate for intermittent use but not for daily use. The tilt mechanism works well. I had intended to use the chair as my primary TV chair, but within a few days it was relegated to a reading chair in the bedroom.
