Classy and useful
This storage bench-ottoman is very good-looking and matches bot formal and informal decor. The weave of the rattan is firm, without any loose ends or cracking. The inside storage space is ample, and because of the natural material used as well as the interior fabric lining, it allows for air circulation without admitting dust. Hinges are strong, and I do not anticipate any problems in the future. Fantastic buy.

Poor quality and too fragile
I have had this product for only two months, and it already looks like we've subjected it to years of torture. Definitely NOT to be used as an ottoman -- if you put your stocking feet on it, it literally scrapes off the brown color off the rattan. My golden retriever likes to lay between the ottoman and the couch, and she punched a hole in the side when she stretched. The rattan is way too thin, way to fragile for this type of furniture. I put my remote controls on the top, and even those scrape away the brown color. Buy something else.

Very disappointed
I was so excited when I first opened the box and set it up in my office. After a day or two the finish started coming off when you sat on it or put anything on it or just ran your hand across it. It's like paper thin pieces of the rattan that held the dark color keep coming off. At first I colored the white spots in with a sharpie pen, then it became too much to keep up with when our grand baby, 2 years old, came over and would lay on it and tons of the "paper" came off. It will now go down to our lower level as a blanket storage until it looks too bad to keep. May even try to paint it the spring to see if I can still use it. Very disappointed.

Looks good, but not durable
I really like how this looks in the room. It is quite a beautiful piece. My only disappointment is its lack of durability. After very little usage, the brown coloring has started to chip off of the rattan to reveal a bright light color, making it very obvious.

Cute Ottoman
I needed some sort of cocktail table for my Sun Room and this piece worked out well. It is just right size-wise and I like the fact it can also be used for storage if necessary. It is the perfect addition. I paired it with the Caravan Medallion Multi Rug (also ordered from the Overstock) and they compliment each other beautifully.

I was looking for a casual coffee table where friends could put their feet on. After searching several stores online and off, I found this rattan storage ottoman. It is perfect! Great for storage and fits in perfect with my existing furniture.
