This ottoman bench is great looking and serves many purposes. It can be used as a sitting bench as well as for storage and to fill up an empty wall. The quality of the bonded leather is really very nice and the inside of the ottoman is finished off nicely with a felt material and bonded leather around the edges.. The ottoman could have been about 4 inches higher in height. It is a little low. The higher height would make the storage area a little bigger also. Overall this is a very nice piece of furniture in all respects.

The item arrived packaged well and undamaged. We initially had reservations about how the unit would actually look, but were pleasantly surprised upon inspection. We needed a nice shoe bench for the foyer and this thing scooted right in there like it belonged. It held 8 pairs of shoes easily and passed the ultimate test - my wife liked it. Modern décor, fair price, free shipping, good quality workmanship and quality of materials all make this purchase a real winner.

This is an ok ottoman, not quite what we wanted. We planned on replacing our living room ottoman which has developed holes with this one. We ended up using it at the end of our bed instead as it is not nearly plush enough to rest our feet on. The quality seems fair, you get what you pay for.

The ottoman has no flaws; it was wrapped very, very well. I've had many compliments on it. The color is a rich brown that adds so much to the decor of my living room. The hinges work as they're supposed to which was a concern to me before ordering because I've seen ottomans with hinges that are set wrong or don't work correctly. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT IN EVERY WAY!

I like this ottoman - I might even buy another for our guest bedroom. Compared to what I could find in local stores, this ottoman works for me. It is longer than what I could find locally and priced right.

Just received the bench. Perfect for storage and as a bench/ottoman. Interior is felt-lined and solid. The outside top cushion is firm so you can sit comfortably on it. It is firm - so if you have tender heels/feet, you may want to put a thin cushion on top while resting your feet. I love it because you can sit on it without feeling like you're falling through. Note: arrived well packaged without damage. After unpacking, I noticed that 2 of the four wooden bases/feet had scratches on the corner edges. I just used a little furtniture touch-up paint/stain and that took care of the small cosmetic defect.

This is a nice bench. It's comfortable to sit on and holds quite a bit. Came completely together in a big box. There is one tiny blemish in the leather on the backside but you never see it so I didn't send it back.
