This chair is a good example of "you get what you pay for". That said, the overall quality is very good only the seat cushion is very hard. This is not a comfortable recliner for watching to or to sit in for a long period of time but it makes for a great recliner to take a catnap or read for a few minutes. I have it in my office and the more I sit in it the more comfortable it gets. I think the seat cushion is softening up some. I would recommend it because of the price alone. If you want a recliner for comfort this one isn't it but it serves my purpose. My wife and I shopped for a couple of weekends and I saw chairs up to twice as much money and they were no more comfortable than this one. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Arrived before I even got the email saying it shipped. LOL Really. Daughter and I set up in 5 minutes. That easy. For granddaughters room and fits her perfectly. I am too tall to rest my head when I recline and I'm only 5'4". Firm support but good for an 8 yo. For the money I spent, I'm very happy and the grandkid said she likes it. Nuff said!

I bought this chair as a fathers day gift for my husband. The chair was very easy to put together, and looks great in our living room. The chair is more of an apartment size piece of furniture. Turns out I get this recliner and my husband gets the one we already had, which is pretty new.This chair is easy to recline and get back up with ease. Even though chair is smaller than expected, it has worked out really well, and I do not regret my purchase.

I find the chair very comfortable. I put a pillow behind my head and when lying back slide down slightly and find I take a very nice nap. I am pleased and would recommend this product.

Excellent item! Assembled without an issue;however, the illustration enclosed with the item did not show it as a recliner. I called the company and was reassured that I did in fact receive the correct item. I then very carefully was able to press down on the seat of said item and found that the recliner section was there. I love the fact that the footrest is out of sight when not in use. A more than satisfied customer.

I really like this chair, it is exactly what I was looking for without paying huge furniture store prices. Full recline is just that...FULL. I kept wondering if it would get to a point and tip over backwards, but it was solid. The seat and back are firm and supportive, not a "sink-into chair, but that is what I prefer. As others have said, if you are in the 1st recline position and want to fully relax while watching tv, you will need a pillow under your head, but I hold my head up without any strain. Really is a great chair for the price!

i like these chairs. It is a sitting chair and not for sleeping. I like the overall smaller appearance. It is a nice surprise to have it recline and use in a small space. If you are looking for one to sleep and watch hours of football on it, this is not the one. But to have a space be versatile, this is perfect. I bought two and the colors matched. Easy to assemble (5 minutes)... it was packaged small enough to get through an average stairwell or door. Really cannot beat the price.

We bought 2 of these chairs. They hardly look like reclining chairs. We looked for a long time trying to find chairs that were not overly large. These chairs look like the web photo which was important to us. The shape, style, leather and color are nearly identical to a sofa we purchased last year at Macy's and that was critical since we have them in the same room. They work very well for us. Despite other reviews, we find these chairs very comfortable and can sit and read for hours. Unlike some leather finishes, these chairs are not slippery. These chairs may be too small for individuals that are large in height and/or girth - but ideal for those smaller than average.

This is a comfortable small recliner. The seat is lower to the ground than other recliners, which is good if you are short. As others have noted, the back is low, but it works for me (5'2"). You can put it close to a wall. A small pillow at the back makes it quite comfortable. It was packed very well for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. I assembled it by myself, but it would have been better to have another person because of the weight, size of the pieces. It is a neat, attractive chair that was a very good value.

I ordered these chairs for our pub. We needed something smaller in size but classic looking. We are very pleased with these chairs. The color is rich and exactly like the picture. I have had several compliments on them. They were easy to assemble and I had them put together and in the room in no time flat. They are very comfortable for me but a bit small for my husband who is 6'2". They are a perfect addition to the pub!

I tried to order these chairs 3 times,every time I would go to order them they would be sold out, so if you are thinking of ordering this chair do it don`t wait.The are NOT top of the line BUT I did not want to spend 800.00.They are smaller so if you have a small living room they fit just right, and look great.I got 2 and so glad I did.

This chair looks good on the surface, materials okay/acceptable. I consider it rather light-weight, so it's easy to move around and very simple to put together. Not crazy about the back flap but if you position it against a wall, no worries. It's reasonablyh comfortable and I was happy to find a smaller-sized recliner at a really good price to fit my condo. Most recliners are enormous and this is the only one I found that is pretty good fit and value generally. In fact, I've even fallen asleep in it, but I would caution anyone who is rather taller or has a taller torso to be cautious that it will support your head enough (for me at 5'3", it supports most but not all of my head).

Recliner was bigger than we expected for our small space. After sitting in the reclining position a few times, the back of the seat became loose and we were unable to fix it. It would not sit completely upright and one side kept bending backwards. We are returning the chair.

I needed a comfy chair for my home office that was converted from the front guest bedroom. As such, the space is rather limited with desks, files, office chair and book cases. Eventually, the office evolved to need man cave capabilities, and a recliner sure would be nice. After looking at several recliners here and other stores, this Christoper Knight Leather Recliner Club Chair seemed to fit the bill. The deal sealer was the killer price! On top of that, it was on sale and free shipping here at Overstock. Score! I am immensely pleased. The styling is modern and compact. I avoided the overstuffed grandpa recliner since I have limited space and find them hideous. I went in with the idea of sacrificing the cushiness but this is remarkably comfy, granted, I do prefer a firm seat. Seating width is ample and they were able to achieve the compact size by reducing the arm width to a smaller proportion. Leather smelled real good coming out of the box, quality is ok and think it will soften with time and maybe some conditioner. Reclining takes a little effort (plant hands on chair arms and extend back; does not use a reclining lever) but will hold firm if you want to lean back without reclining. Foot rest extends to support me at the Achilles heel (I'm 5'-9"). Minor peeve: when our 80 lb dog plants himself and leans against the side, he can the chair wobble when he scratches. I used a small table to block him...problem solved. Bottom line, its a handsome chair, fits the room, comfy and an outstanding value. Thanks Overstock!

I was looking for a good chair at a reasonable price. This chair fits my criteria and more. It is small enough to save some space. The chair it replaced was a wide, overstuffed chair and this one does the same job, taking up less space, and reclines. I am very pleased.
