The product arrived quickly. I actually put them together myself. The connecting rails definitely have a front and back designation. When putting together the side with the divet goes on the bottom. I ordered two backless stools as well. It's bonded leather, but they look great and are extremely comfortable. I was originally concerned that i might not like stools that didn't swivel, but these are very easy to get in and out of; very stable

I have been trying to locate bar stools that would be high quality and match my kitchen cabinetry. After shopping all of the local furniture stores, Pier 1, PB and others, I ordered these stools not expecting them to work out. They are very high quality. Assembly can be challenging for a novice, but they went together easily and without a hitch. I love them. They are comfortable, sturdy and have some weight to them. I just ordered another pair to fill my quota! Would recommend these to any purchaser.

The bar stool is very comfortable with excellent lower back support. The assembly instructions are a bit confusing for the first chair. Once that is resolved the next chairs (we ordered four) were easy. The lower chair support does not have a protective cover like the more expensive chairs, but we are looking into finding a source to protect the finish.

The only think I don't like about the chairs is the way the bars across do not line up flush against the legs! It looks great! They are sturdy and they look more expensive than what I paid. Good value, decent quality!

I was hoping to get the bars but got 2 dining chairs instead. Product was returned for a full refund. The bar stools were no longer available. I will not be ordering else for time being. I have received other items from them without any problems.

I purchased these for my kitchen and have not used them, yet as my kitchen remodel isn't completed. I put them together and it was fairly easy. I did try them out and they are very comfortable, although I wish the back was higher, butmthat is a personal preference. I felt these stools were of a higher quality than I expected. The seat is very thick and well padded. The only thing I was disappointed in was the support under the seat. The wood isn't of good quality, but the seat is supported by wooden brackets in each corner, so I am not worried about sagging. I would purchase this item again, if needed.
