Christopher Knight Home Brighton Sand Linen Storage Ottoman

This storage bench/ottoman is fantastic. I'm using it to put my daughter's toys in and hide them out of site when not in use. It looks clean and polished. A very upscale piece, and given the price a wonderful value. It has excellent build and I received it with no flaws. The mechanism to open the top is smooth and easy to use. The top stays up until you push it down. It is comfortable to sit on as well and looks great in any room. I found that it blends well into any decor. I love this ottoman so much I just purchased another one in white for the bedroom!

I love this bench. We ordered it to place at the end of our large King size bed. The bed frame is a dark, espresso color so I wanted a softer, lighter fabric for the bench. This fabric is exactly what I had in mind. It has a great texture and creates a great, designer look. I placed a couple throw pillows on it to tie in with the bedding. Friends have commented that our bedroom looks like a magazine. The storage in this bench is also quite adequate - not huge, but enough to keep some extra sheets and blankets...cleaned up some extra space in my linen closet. And the best part - this was one of the cheapest benches I could find on the internet....and I am convinced it is one of the best ones out there! Of course, Overstock's shipping is amazing - arrived very quickly and didn't cost a thing. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

i would go with a different one. the color is much darker, the quality is sub-par.. very disappointed

Received item in damaged box and product was wet but not Overstock's fault, rather Fed Ex. The ottoman had stain on fabric on top of bench in the front that is noticable. The bench is ok but not as described. It is not made from linen fabric or anything similar to linen. The photos on site show tufted top. The top is not tufted at all. The bench I received can not be the same as pictured. Color is darker than what I would describe as sand color, more taupe.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The description for ottoman is linen fabric, mentioned several times in description. The fabric in not linen, not even close to being linen. More like twill. The picture showed tufted top. There is no tufting. Maybe I didn't receive the right item or picture was older model of ottoman and the manufacture stopped the tufting.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Not accurate at all. Material was not the same as described, not "linen" or linen like. Not tufted as shown. Color darker.
