VERY happy with this grill,you can cook in door healthy food,our family like to grill,but in winter you cant,so we bought this grill,its nice size,easy to clean,would buy it again

I have used other grills in the past but this one was far superior. It cooks everything to perfection, never dry always moist. It is so easy to use. Cleans up in a flash. I'm very impressed and so were friends. Love it. Use it almost every night. I shopped around for a while before I made my purchase and am so glad I did.

I had been looking for a small grill that my wife and I could use in the house during the winter time and I found it right here. I went to the store and looked and found a couple of tools like a spoon and a pair of tongs to use with this grill. It says not to use metal tools so you don't chlip away the Nonstick finish on the grill. with just a little care it should last for a long time.

I'm happy w/ this grill. I don't have to fire up the outside grill now to cook a steak - can do it on this. I like that you can adjust the temperature depending on what you're cooking. My old George Foreman only offered one temperature. I also like the combination of grill and flat surface to cook veggies.

It's very good in cooking meat and vegetables. The meat stays tender. Cleaning the unit is easy, might encounter some difficulty cleaning the area in between grill. Otherwise it is a great purchase, happy about it.

I really like this grill. It operates like an outdoor grill. You have a drip pan on the bottom and then a grill placed over it. Next to the grill is a place for you to cook other things, most likely vegetables if you're grilling meat. You can use the glass lid to make cooking time quicker. This product is made by Westbend and is a nice quality. It is nonstick. The clean up is not super easy but not bad either. Make sure you deposit the base with the drip pan it in next to the sink and then it will be easy to pour out the water. I put the grill in a sink full of soapy water and let it soak a bit. I like the idea of using it all year around. I saw it demonstrated on *** and was going to buy it there until I saw the price on Overstock was considerably cheaper. A great product if you want healthy eating; get the fat out of the meat and toss the veggies in olive oil before grilling...you'll have to practice with cooking times.

I first viewed this on HSN. Did some research about pricing and OVERTSTOCK rocks! The grill is easy to use, minimal clean up (esp if you clean as you cook or wipe it off when warm). I love the way burgers, chicken and trukey bacon taste great! 4th of July every Friday in my house and my children are LOVING IT! Buy this grill!!!

I like this better than the GeorgeF------ grill!!!!!!!!!!!My marinated food stays juicy once I put the lid on and the meats ALL seem to hold good flavor.EXCELLENT OVERSTOCK BUY!

The grill is a little larger than I imagined (my kitchen is small), but it works like a gem!! I have done boneless chicken breasts and burgers. They both grilled beautifully and turned out well...........healthier eating has arrived to my home!!

When we recieved the grill it had a broken handle. We didn't even take it all out of the box, preparing to send it back for a refund. When I emailed Overstock to let them know about the damage and find out about how to recieve a replacement or get a refund, I was told that someone would come by to inspect the damage, there was no product replacement and to wait 10 days. When I inquired further as to who was supposed to come and inspect, i was given the same answer as before. It has now been 6 months, no refund and the only contact I've had from overstock is to bug me again to review the product. As a side note, when we took the product out completely from the box, we found there was no power cord! so even if we decided to use it with the damaged handle, there is no way to plug it in? How does a brand new product come without all the necessary parts to use it?

I'm satisfed with my order. I like cook on the grill healthy burgers, steaks, vegetables

Grills well , it was missing the glass top and apparently was discontinued so unable to get one, had to take one off another pan of mine as a replacement. They did take some off the price of the product because unable to get the handle..Only reason 4 stars because of the missing part. It is a little hard to clean also But food taste great when grilled on it :)

Great product, love it for chicken and vegetables. Took longer for hamburgers..... have to be sure and watch the temps, so don't burn before the meat is done. Love the idea of grilling inside. The clean up is kind of a hassle, but not as bad as what others had described. Just soap and a brush and it's ready to go. Love the drip pan that you can just take out and clean up. I believe it is alot more practical than the foreman grill. You don't have to put the lid on it to have it cook....

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The picture of the product was spot on, however, ours came with a handle broken and they had put the pieces all in a little bag. I thought that was a little strange. If they knew it was broken when they shipped it, why didn't they exchange it at the time? I took super glue and put the handle back together and there were approx. 9 little pieces. Really? Just went ahead and shipped it, knowing the product was broken... That was a little upsetting and disappointing.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. I didn't want to return the product, due to the broken handle, so I fixed it myself, but as for the performance of the product.. It's great!! I wish the part where you can put veggies could be put on a different temperature, but anyway, it's great!!

I have used this several times now, great product. The only problem I have with this is that one side of the grill gets hotter than the other. Otherwise it is a great product

I rating Overstock.com a 5 stars compancy. They great with replacing damage goods, no head aches no stress they are there to help. Now about the grill i used it once it ok, nothing to write home about, it cooks not as good as an outdoor grill.
