we purchased this sectional because it was a perfect fit for our space and would provide more seating. When we first got it, all seemed to be "ok," seating is deep so shorter people may not touch the floor with there feet,a bit firm but that has since gone away. Thus, brings me to my point. The back cushions have compacted greatly and you sit back and there is no support you just fall back. I use the chaise mainly it it has started to sink, I use a bed pillow under a blanket to provide more support.The leather is nice, darker than the picture appears, but still ok. I am very disappointed and so wish we did not make such a big purchase, We were very nervous about buying it without sitting on it and now I know why....I will probably try to stuff the back cushions, which have not really been used much as it is just my husband and I, but they have still packed down some.So much money for something, lesson learned !! Will probably try and sell as I am sure some will like it.

This item is well worth the money. It fits perfectly in our great room. The leather feels and looks terrific. A really lovely piece of furniture.

Overall I am very happy with the sectional! I have found what all the previous reviewers have said to be true: it is firm, but very comfortable, it seems very well made, it is darker than pictured but not bothersome, it is large but not in an overstuffed way. I think I can add a few things to the previous reviews. First, the color isn't only darker than pictured, it is also has a cool tone to it. I don't mean neat, but cool...almost a burgundy undertone. It kind of clashes with the warm tones in the rest of my house. Not enough to return it...but I just need to get used to that, or do something to my house to fix it. Also, I was a little irritated by the shipping situation. It arrived within the 6 week window (it took a little over 4 weeks) but what bothered me was that no one could tell me exactly where in the world it was. The tracker that overstock provides just tells you an estimated arrival date that the representative said could be off by a few weeks (and it was). When I called the shipping company, they said they couldn't track it either! So I had no idea if it was safely on its way or in a ditch somewhere. And finally, the type of leather seems to be mid-grade to me. It doesn't scratch and mark up when you look at it (like other chairs that I have), but it also doesn't have that soft hand to it. Probably great for durability and looking nice even with kids living on it, but it doesn't scream luxurious leather. Bottom line, you won't find anything close to this for the price anywhere else...but it also won't be confused for a piece from Drexel Heritage or some other company like that either.

We have been looking for a sectional for 6 months to replace a fabric sectional that has been beaten up by our 4 boys and partially chewed on by our dogs. We have almost placed orders online several times but were skeptical about colors, quality, workmanship, high shipping fees, etc. We decided to order this sectional and if it did not meet our standards for our main level family room, we would put it in our lower lever rec room. The sectional was delivered via "white glove" and placed into our main level family room, where it will stay for many years. The leather is soft yet resists scratches from dog paws and scuffs from kids shoes. The frame is solid, and the cushion foam/stuffing is resilient and comfortable. Our entire family fits on this sectional comfortably. Color is exactly as described and shown via online photos. We are very happy with this purchase!

This sofa is very good quality. The color is a nice dark chocolate brown. The tufted seat cushions and back give it a nicely finished look. There is lots of stretching out room. The seat cushions are quite firm, but we like that as it will give good support. The seat back cushions are plump and soft. The ottoman is large, you can almost make another chaise lounge with it. We received the item 10 days after our order and the delivery company did a very good job in setting it up. We are very happy about this purchase and the price was very reasonable compared to other sets.

I would never have bought this couch online without having sat on it first or seen a swatch for leather quality, but since the previous reviews were all excellent, I went with it, and could not also find another couch locally that I liked. I love the appearance, color, and quality of the workmanship. The shipping was a little disappointing, as one of our cushions had a large whitish abrasion over most of the surface, looks like dust, and so I didn't notice it at first because the entire couch was dusty, but after cleaning it I realized the damage. Since we are going to probably do our own damage with two kids and animals, I'll leave that alone. I also am a little disappointed that the cushions are sewn into place, so you cannot remove them to restuff, fix, or rearrange. This was not mentioned in the description. I am concerned because on our previous couches (both expensive) have permanent dents and asymmetry from where my husband spends most of his time, and have been able to improve on them a little by swapping out the cushions frequently, so I anticipate this couch may look very asymmetric soon. I think this is important to know when making such a large purchase as this. But overall, I would recommend this to others who may not have issues with this!!! It is beautiful, and my husband absolutely loves it, slept on it for the first night very well!

The couch is great. The process to find out where the couch was and also the condition that it came in was not great. Noone could tell me where it was ever and the customer service group was not polite at all. The couch however is a great value and very comfortable. Fits perfect in the room and great quality leather. The only downside is sometime in the shipping one of the legs got cracked. If you can find the couch somewhere local buy it there, but couch is great!

received the sectional today.... for the most part its OK but not the color or quality I had hoped for. There is no way this would have sold for $5000.00 I feel that the value is accurate at the current price. Made in China... need I say more. Overstock don't edit me out!!

After reading all the other reviews I too went out on a limb and bought a leather sectional online. Just got my new leather sectional delivered this afternoon and it is exactly what other reviews said it was. It took approximately 5 weeks and was delivered by true professionals. The product is made in China but had soft quality leather and is sturdy. I did happen to find the exact product available in Macy's Home so this is high quality furniture. They also have a chair you can also order if anyone is interested in matching components. Thumbs up Overstock! I am another pleased customer.

Excellent value. We shopped at a local furniture store and a comparable sectional would have cost us $8,000. One part of the leather seems to be finished a little differently than the rest, but I really did not notice this until we had the couch for over a week, so it is definitely a minor flaw. The delivery and set up were great. Our dog and cat have been jumping on the couch for a couple of weeks and I do not see any damage to the leather. We are very pleased.

Like others, I was afraid to order this leather sectional without seeing or feeling it, but I read (and re-read!) all of the other reviews and figured to go for it. The sofa came within a few weeks. Delivery and set up was quick and easy. The sofa is absolutely beautiful!!! I could not have made a better choice. It is comfortable and durable. I have dogs and cats, so I was worried about getting leather, but it holds up beautifully. It wipes clean easily. It's a great brown, very rich looking and sumptuous feeling. I have fallen asleep many times on it! The ottoman is also a great plus, perfect to set a tray on or drape a small blanket over, or both. I have gotten many compliments; my friends and family love it. Measure first to make sure it will be a good fit in your space.....then buy it, you won't be sorry!

First major purchase and nervous, but since the reviews here helped in my decision,I thought I'd give mine too. Delivery - very good - 18 days total - ordered on a Saturday morning June 7, called from delivery agent Monday June 23 informing me it could be delivered at my convenience. The delivery agent was VERY friendly, although due to some mix up and routing issues, they were a few hours later than scheduled. When they arrived they were very speedy and professional. Made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Can't believe they can deliver this way for $2.95!!! I don't think I could have been any better satisfied even if I had bought / ordered it locally. Certainly would have been much more expensive. The only think I am less-than-satisfied with is that the cushions are firmer than I would like. As a chronic insomniac and spend a lot of nights on the sofa. Would have like it to be a little cushy-er. Can't really shop for that feature via internet. I will definitely shop this way again when buying any large items.

Like everyone else, we were very nervous to purchase such a big item online. But, we are so glad we did. The sectional is beautiful and SO comfortable. It is much better than anything we could find in the stores and at a much better price. The look is so classy and the whole family can fit on it!

Such a nice peice of furniture. Easy to install, very, very comfy. Nice and dark, and there are no buttone..only grooves. This makes is much more comfprtable than hard buttons. Love this couch!

The sectional sofa we bought from Overstock was exactly what we were hoping for. The color was perfect, it looks great and is extremely comfortable for leather. I was nervous to make such a large purchase online, but trusted in the other reviewers about the comfort. Time will tell if the construction can hold up to my family, but so far we love it. It also came in much quicker than expected and the delivery company was very flexible in accomodating our schedule (which is very rare these days!). Overall: Love it. Would recommend this item highly.

We just received this sectional today and are SO pleased. The delivery was exceptional... thoroughly nice, professional and did EVERYTHING, including assembly, removing any trash and making appropriate notations and a phone call regarding a very minor workmanship issue. On two edges (one on the back of the chaise and one at the bottom end of it) there were a couple staples underneath the leather that were not embedded far enough and are pushing out against the leather some. We will contact Overstock right away and expect a quick fix will be in order. (It could be as simple as putting some padding over the offending staple and leather and taking a hammer to it.) We will explore other options before doing so. To us, this is a very minor problem as it is hardly noticable and we couldn't be more pleased with the sofa otherwise. It is truly beautiful and it looks to be very high quality. The leather is gorgeous and SUCH a nice color. The included ottoman is very nice, as they are quite expensive themselves. Really, a fabulous purchase.

Couch just came, my wife and I both love it, but boy did it feel like an eternity waiting for it to come - almost five weeks from when we ordered it. My wife was going nuts! Now that it is here though, we are extremely pleased. The pillows behind your back are very soft; the ones under your rump are somewhat firm, but if you plop yourself down hard on the couch (like anyone would after a long day of work), it doesn't feel like you landed on a rock but rather absorbs the impact very well and provides gentle support. You can tell there is a lot of cushion between your backside and the supporting frame under the cushions. Definitely a good buy!

I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase without actually seeing the product. But the reviews were good and helped me make the decision to go ahead. The leather is very soft. Sofa is sturdy and comfortable. It does not separate into sections because there is locking mechanism. I love this sofa. The local movers came and set it up and it looks wonderful in my family room.

My family loves this couch. It is very comfortable and spacious. One note, however, the color is a lot darker than shown in the picture. The picture shows caramel/milk chocolate, but it is more a dark chocolate. Otherwise, it is everything we had hoped it would be.

This was our first major online furniture purchase, and we have been extremely pleased! The sectional is very comfortable, stylish and well constructed. The color was even darker and richer in person than on the web site. It fits in very well with our contemporary decor -- and has been able to withstand quite a bit of abuse from our toddler and two large dogs without showing any signs of it! An excellent leather sectional for the price! Delivery to Michigan took about 4 weeks.
