This rug is much more beautiful than could be shown in a picture. The texture of the woven leather is subte and rich. The colors have more variation with many more shades of of the browns, tans, rusts and golds than can be seen in the picture. I have bought several rugs from Overstock and this is one of the most beautiful. It arrived just days after ordering. Highly recommend!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE LEATHER RUG THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE, THIS IS THE RUG FOR YOU. WE ARE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE RUG. WE LIKE THE NEUTRAL BROWN HUE COLORS AND DESIGN. ALTHOUGH WE RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE, OVERSTOCK QUICKLY REMEDIED A SOLUTION. IT DOES INITIALLY HAVE THE STRONG LEATHER SMELLS, BUT DOES DIE DOWN AFTER SOMETIME. IT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE DIRT ON IT, AND IT SWEEPS FAIRLY EASILY. IT GOES WELL IN A WESTERN DECOR. WE HAVE RECEIVED MANY MANY COMPLIMENTS CONSISTING OF "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT RUG" "I LIKE YOUR RUG" ETC ETC WE ARE USING IT IN OUR SON'S ROOM ...NEED I SAY MORE. IT HOLDS UP WELL SO FAR AND SEEMS VERY DURABLE AND WELL MADE.

The carpet in my husband's tv room got some spots that cannot be removed. Until we can permanently do something different, we needed something to cover them. This rug fits the bill perfectly. The colors blend with the drapes and give a masculine feel to the room. It is well made and is a little unique being made from leather. We are very pleased with it and highly recommend it. Heck, we may hang it on the wall later! It would look good there, too. As always, it got here in fine shape and in record time.

Perfect, beautiful, soft and supple and looks lik e it will wear like iron. In front of the fireplace I am not so worried about sparks like a cotton or wool rug. Love the warmth it adds to our southwest cabin at our B&B.

The colors are as shown, with "tabs" of the leather stripping sticking up throughout the rug. The rug was purchased to place in a bathroom for both the size and design. It is not comfortable for bare feet, although the color and design were perfect, the rug will find another area to reside. Will require dry cleaning due to the leather. It would be great on a covered patio as the weave resembles the summer rugs of years gone by.

This rug was perfect for the location intended .The floor is ceramic tile, I do not have the nonskid pad,and so far it has not slipped. There is a "leather" odor that fades after a few days. I am very pleased with this purchase.
