Received missing some hardware and wood had some damage. The way the manufacturer packaged it more then likely caused the damage.
I would however recommend OverStock.com. They were very helpful in rectifying the situation and sent me the missing hardware.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? First time
This article also arrived a little banged up. I think it is due to inadequate packaging but the bookshelf is about the quality I expected to get for the money. It looks sturdy but a bi minus is a lack of a back for the bookshelf which I somehow missed. In anycase it is adequate for my needs right now.
Like the way this looks. Was missing a fastener. A little higher priced than one would think. Hopefully will hold up with little kid use. Like it but don't love it.
