overall the product works well, however the finish is allready begining to fade. I would recomend this product but would be sure to tell coustemers not to leave them in water very long.

Pros: They have a very professional and flawless look that is unmatched. Handles well and cuts better than they look.
Cons: I am not sure if they are sensitive to the harsh faucet water in LA, but mine had gotten spot rust on them. Or it could possibly be a bad batch I have.

I bought the knifes for my personal use. These knifes looked and performed well but when I put one of the steak knifes in the dishwasher I noticed that it had some corrision. I contacted customer service and they were able to credited me back the amount for this problem. Overall I'm pleased with the customer service so I will continue to shop in this site.

I purchased this set for my parent's anniversary. I was impressed with the presentation of the knives. My mother said that they worked very well and she was very pleased. We also received a free knife which my Dad has used to cut meat. He was also happy with it's performance. We really haven't used them long enough to know how durable they will be. But, everything is pointing to a good rating.

Very good deal. The steak knives are presented in a lined wooden box which makes it easy to keep them in good shape and the santoku is fantastic for everyday use.
