I needed some new knifes I am very pleased with this set, the price was very reasonable and I received 2 extra knifes with the set and 6 steak knifes. Good heavy handles and cuts very well.

I love this knife set. I find it overall to be a great deal. The only problem I ran across is that the handles are not as smooth after having been soaked before hand washing. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product!

Have been a long time user of Chicago Cutlery; was an excellent set for a house warming gift. Quality of handles not what it was 30 years ago but sufficient.

These knives are certainly sharp, but are very lightweight, and the set I bought ships with more knives than will fit in the block, including the largest knife, which doesn't fit. Overall I was disappointed with this knife set.

This 15 piece set is supposed to have 8 steak knives, but actually has 10. The cleaver is small, theres two paring knives and the steel is thin. Not really worth the money.

I have had a set of knives similiar to these for years and have been very happy with them. These are of equal value, except some mild blemishes in the finish on the wood such as shading and sanding issues. Actual knife and ability to use with good results is not a problem.

The knives are very sharp and work well; however, the handles are of a very cheap wood.
