I like this set, but in hindsight I would have gone for another set I saw if I had it to do again. These are nice, cherry laminate over hardwood, built with block and screws and glue (stout) and some wood-to-wood joinery in the door fronts. They look good, they polish up well.
My issues: The behind door storage space is very small. The little glass doors on the tables would fall open randomly no matter how the hinge pressure was adjusted. I finally modified the design by adding magnetic clasps so the doors wouldn' fall open when I put my glass down or my feet up. Other than that, which required taking the door fronts off and screwing in the hardware (about 10 dollars worth per table), these are fine. If you don't want to do this work, probably ought to look at the other tables at OS. I tried to reflect this in the "ease of assembly" rating, but they are fully assembled other than having to install the clasps to keep the doors shut.
